We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. Although we arrived late at night, the check-in process was neither professional nor conducted according to standard hotel procedures. The receptionist on duty had limited English proficiency, and no assistance was offered with our luggage. Housekeeping services were extremely poor. Although the room had been entered, only the bed was made; no proper cleaning was carried out. Used towels and amenities were not removed or replaced. The room did not match the photos advertised online—it was dark, dusty, and poorly maintained. As someone with allergies, I found it impossible to rest comfortably and suffered throughout the night. Bed comfort was also unacceptable. The pillows were excessively soft and provided no support. When I requested alternatives, I was informed that all pillows were the same. The duvet was uncomfortably small. Additionally, a window had been left open after housekeeping, which we only noticed in the morning when the room was extremely cold. This clearly reflects a lack of attention to detail and quality control. In summary, the only positive aspect of this hotel was the coffee machine in the lobby. Aside from that, none of the services provided justified the price paid. I would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

Great spot right outside metro entrance. Staff is really helpful. Clean, nice and comfortable. Free water and beer in the fridge. Laundry room in the basement for clothes.
Only negative is trying to download the app for the washer / dryer. You have to create an account and there is no service/wifi in the basement so you have to trek back upstairs to set it all up.

Great location, especially for the Opera House. Roomy room. Large bathroom with heated floors.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance to the Opera, Musikverein concert hall and most of Vienna’s amazing museums. Also lots of public transportation right nearby. The front desk is open 24 hour hours a day and there is a free espresso coffee machine in the lobby.
