Great location one block from Opera. Staff was very helpful and was able to reprint local tickets for us. Rooms are air conditioned and it actually works. When we come to Vienna we always stay here. Water and beer available each day

Fantastic location and very central. Spacious room, lovely staff and a good breakfast.
Curtains didn’t fully fit the window to block the light, and the bath towels could be bigger.

Location is superb. We asked for a bath mat to prevent falling down in the shower and, although, we were told that hotel would not provide it, it was given to us. Free mineral water and coffee.
We complained, that handle, which turns shower on and off was broken ( missing the knob ) and it was never fixed... Blankets were too warm, we set the room temperture to the allowed minimum 18 degrees Celcium, but it ws not enough. We did not have a phone in the room.

Perfect location with metro just on the door and one step to the opera House. Easy to move around on foot or by metro. The room was larger than expected, clean and comfy The only cons is the toilet separated from the main bathroom. Kitchenette was supplied with dishwasher! and fridge. The hotel supply complimentary water •coffee and beer. Staff was always kind. Excellent.

I loved the location.
I really enjoyed the breakfast, and especially appreciated the dining room staff — they were simply amazing.
The room was very spacious, but unfortunately, it lacked additional seating like an extra armchair or a chair, which would have made it more comfortable.
I didn’t like the shortage of towels and the poor quality of the ones that were provided.
I didn’t like the amount of dust under the bed.
I didn’t like the limited and poor selection of soaps offered in the bathroom.

Location was perfect. Right in the center and close to public transportation and major attractions. 24 hour coffee and water bottles in the lobby
The rooms and the furnitures are quite old and need an upgrade. Bedroom is small and the couple have to squeeze themselves in. No coffee machine in the room. You need to move off lobby and take few steps to get to a very small old and slow elevator. Room entry is with keys as opposed to contact cards

*The hotel was in a very central location, with many of the best places to visit just a short walk away.
*There was a good choice of food for breakfast, and everything was clean. The lady working in the breakfast room was very helpful.
*There was free coffee and water in the lobby.
There was a difference between the photos of the room I booked and the room we were given.
*The toilet in the room we were given was in a separate area, and there was no sink in the toilet to wash our hands in. Interestingly, there was no toilet in the bathroom either.
*The room was cleaned every day, but the bathroom looked dirty because it was old.
**I knew breakfast ended at 11 a.m., but when it was exactly 11, the lady in charge took my 6-year-old daughter's plate without waiting for her to finish eating and without asking if we wanted her to. In other words, even though the kitchen was closed, she didn't let her finish the food on the table. I had never seen anything like it before.
*The soap and shampoo in the bathroom were not enough and were not replaced when they ran out, and there were no slippers.
