It was the best location. I could see Karlskirche and Stephansdom from my window. I was across the street from the subway station, a block from the tram station, and walking distance from most major sights, restaurants, and stores. It was also easy to get a cab, which helped me when I had a spraigned ankle.
Occasionally on Friday or Saturday nights there were loud techno concerts at the university across the Karlsplatz. But that only happened twice in 3 weeks.

Superb location just a block from the opera and 1/2 block to Karlsplatz subway entrance. Spacious apartment. We had a kitchenette so did not partake of breakfast other than enjoying the excellent free coffee available at all times in the lobby.
Pillows were too soft and a chairback was cracked. The door to the apartment would be hard to unlock for a person with arthritic hands. To reach the elevator you had to navigate 5 stairs.

Really loved the apartment - very spacious! They even gave Champagne for my Son's birthday!
The Shower was not so good and the shower doors were not effective resulting in the bathroom getting quite wet.

Great location. easy to everywhere. They offer free coffee and water at lobby. the bedding is comfortable. All service guy or front desk are professional and help us smoothly for what we need.
The 2 concerns : 1. it's old building, and few steps to the unit. 2. The 2nd bed is sofa bed which is small. Otherthan that, it's great experience.

Wonderful
The staff are exceptional. Friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed, though I wish they had king beds and double duvets. Air conditioning is quiet and very efficient. Free coffee and water was much appreciated. Location is superb, very close to the Opera and a major station. I previously stayed at a trendy new hotel round the corner - this is so much better.
Some of the furniture is a bit tired. Towels are thin and often frayed.
