The location is excellent—just one block from the Wiener Staatsoper and very close to the Wiener Konzerthaus, the Musikverein, and other important landmarks such as the Hofburg Palace. The apartment is very spacious, with a beautiful view of Karlsplatz and the Karlskirche. The staff deserves special mention—everyone, including the front-desk team (especially Patricia, who speaks Spanish!), the maintenance crew, and the hotel manager, was exceptionally kind and always ready to help when needed.

Excellent hotel, excellent and friendly staff, clean, pleasant rooms, very good breakfast, and the location is very central, and close to all the important tourist sites in Vienna.

It`s a beautiful cozy hotel that is situated in one of the best locations in Vienna!
The hotel workers are very polite and friendly!
We were especially touched be the attitude of the receptionist! She was worried that our taxi didn`t arrive exactly on time and contacted the taxi driver!
The rooms are big and beautiful furnished in the style of the early 20-th century. The hotel lobby looks marvellous out!! And one can always get there free mineral water and coffee.
Maybe one thing that I`d improve in the hotel is the size and the variety of the breakfast.
