The room was regularly cleaned. Hotel was very comfortable as well. The hotel staff was excellent. If someday I would be in Vienna, I would choose this hotel again. Good luck❤️

Absolutely perfect hotel - great accomodation, very clean, the reception staff were professional and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent. Perfect communication before our arrival. A quiet place (it was really quiet during the night) even though it's just a short walk from the U1 metro. The room was absolutely sufficient for 3 people. Highly recommended!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautifully designed and there was a great selection for breakfast including organic options. The rooms are spacious but a little dark, there could be better lighting.
There were strip bars on the corners of the street nearby. They were very discreet but I wasn’t aware that it was in an area with these.

The hotel was charming, beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with individual touches that made it a special place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as helpful and accommodating, and my room was very comfortable- I was upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was amazing - absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options, all perfectly presented. A wonderful place conveniently located near a public transport hub and the Prater, but down a side street so it was quiet. Many thanks!
