Excellent customer service by friendly and helpful staff. Location was very handy to public transport and places to eat. Very comfortable beds. It was nice to have a drink at the bar before retiring for the night. Loved how Eco friendly this hotel is.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from U-Bahn/train station (with airport link) and supermarket. Cool decor and friendly staff. Nice breakfast with a large selection of options. Good quality complimentary toiletries. I was given an option that if you don’t want daily room cleaning they give you a drinks voucher for the minibar instead - a nice touch.
The bed was slightly uncomfortable with flat pillows.

Plenty of room for a family with 3 kids The location is great, very close to the Prater and central metro. The neighborhood was very nice, and some good restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast was also very good and tasty.

We were in a family room, it's spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is big, toilet is clean. Breakfast is really various and tasty. Proximity to Prater is within minutes of walk.
I would always like, not just for this hotel but all, for pet and garage fee to be less expensive but the trend is that it hilariously pricey.

The breakfast was plentiful with a wide selection, so everyone could find something they liked. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially at the reception. It gives a very positive first impression when you are welcomed by such friendly people at check-in. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impeccable.

The hotel is great. It's located in a very communicative and at the same time quiet place. Extremely clean and cozy rooms, each of which has a unique design and its own name. The staff is very responsive and welcoming. We owe special thanks to Teo, who made our stay in Vienna unforgettable with his humanity and kindness.

Great location, close to U1, U2 metro and trains. Away from busy roads so little street noise. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast and food was plentiful.
All interiors in Vienna seemed to be very warm, 23, 24 degrees. We left the heating off and windows open throughout our stay.
