Everything is perfect!!! Very comfortable room and the bed is very big and very comfortable, everything is new and clean, the breakfast is excellent, the service at the reception is perfect. Im sure we will come back again

The heating floor in the bathroom.
We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t change sheets. The breakfast is very poor must be upgraded. The staff not friendly only last day the lady at the reception asked us to review the hotel. Not professional at all. Better to educate your employees. Not slippers in the room offered.

Room size was excellent, also the bathroom, great floor heating. Great sound isolation from the street. Breakfast superb. close to Tram and U-Bahn, super close to Prater.
Not much for children to do, no space for play.
