Room spacious and very clean.
Lovely shower with plenty of hot water.
Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and quality food.
We arrived early and were told to return at 3pm. Fair enough.
On returning only one room was ready, whilst one took another 20 plus minutes. The third was going to be a lot longer.
I appreciate that the volume of visitors make deadlines difficult, but having been travelling since 3am, we then took ourselves to town and returned a lot later. From then on everything was perfect.

Rooms are nice
Incredible but for the price Rooms not cleaned unless u ask for it. And staff do not tell u in advance so u will miss at least one day of a clean room.
Have an app for amenities but no one reads it.

The weird thing about it, They got an air conditioner but it’s off all the day so they control it, when I asked if they could turn on , they said all hotels in Vienna have the same issue with air conditioning , also no parking lot, so weird

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The Location - it was about 1.5km from St Stephen’s Square, which is where the restaurants, shopping and bars were.

Breakfast consisted of a variety of food, bread, cheeses, enough fruits.
The entrance to your Radisson Blue hotel Das Triest is a "pub- looking door"! Initially, I didn't want to enter because it’s far from a decent-looking entrance to a hotel such as Radisson! It took time for our taxi driver to convince my husband and I that it's the right address. Radisson Blue Hotels in the Philippines have beautiful glass entrance doors and glass walls with beautiful huge lobbies and long driveways!!
