Wonderful
Great location, easy to reach city center by foot. Neighborhood is also very good. Rooms are comfortable, staff is very kind. Parking is available what is also very important.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fantastic location, right on the U1 metro line.
The breakfast is very limited. Only an omelet, cheeses, and sweets. No variety of vegetables. No disposable cups available to take coffee to go.

Located very close to the metro so travelling around Vienna is very easy. Staff are a gem and very helpful and polite at all times. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is fantastic!
The beds were not all that comfortable. A change in mattress is needed.

Wonderful
We loved the location, being right on a metro line made it extremely easy to get around. We felt like we were in a quieter part of town as well so it didn’t get too packed with tourists and noise but could get to anywhere we wanted on 15 mins. The staff were also very attentive and helpful. Everyone was welcoming and eager to help out.
The carpet felt ever so slightly dirty but didn’t take away from the comfort of the rooms!

We were welcomed by Sophie who was so helpful in getting us situated. Location was amazing, literally steps away from the subway and for kosher eaters this location is so close to all the kosher restaurants and synagogues.
We were coming back to Vienna a few days after checking out but they had no availability for our second part of the trip.

A fantastic hotel with very friendly staff, especially Peter who gave us excellent advice as soon as we arrived. It's located near the city center in a quiet area, easily accessible and with good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very complete and delicious. The room was spacious and perfectly equipped. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at Henriette Stadthotel Vienna. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the beautiful, comfortable room to the calm and stylish atmosphere of the hotel. The reception team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to assist me whenever I needed something, and their warmth made the stay feel very personal and special. The location is excellent, with very easy access to the subway, making it effortless to move around the city. Everything you need is close by. Overall, an outstanding experience in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

to a person, every member of staff was excellent. We felt at-home; greeted warmly and the staff seemed to believe in the mission of this property - kind, welcoming - a great mix of professional and personable. It's a good location; ubers to the various christmas markets were reasonable.
The only drawback - there's no HVAC-mode to run just a fan from the heating/cooling. I didn't bother ringing the desk during the night because I didn't want to have someone come up to try and help - at check-out, the attendant said they do have portable plug-in fans they could have loaned if I'd asked. So I think one point of improvement might be to offer that fan at check-in. Frankly, most people i know don't sleep in absolutely-quiet rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable, clean and with daily cleaning services. Very large bathroom with 2 sinks. The food at the breakfast was tasty, many different pastries and cakes.
Breakfast food selection was a bit limited, no fresh salads at all, limited vegetables and cheese selection, mainly hard cheeses and baloney, no fresh juice. The water at the shower kept changing from warm to cold.

Our stay at Hotel Henrietta in Vienna was exceptional. The entire place has a holistic, super-clean atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The organic breakfast was fresh, thoughtful and genuinely delicious. The room was large, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is also perfect: just a pleasant 20-minute walk to the city center. I truly and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. A solid 10 out of 10.

Everything was great. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is rich and tasty. The location is more than great Tip: for the S1 line take the elevator in front of the hotel instead of the stairs.
