Good experience. The phone was not working in our room however a staff person came up to our room to ensure we were awake for our transportation to airport. Nice personal touch.
Only problem was the phone did not work.

The staff was great, they were very helpful. They left a small cake in my room as a present for my birthday, even though I didn't tell them I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and I appreciated it a lot. The room was very clean and the hotel position to visit the city.

The Henriette Stadthotel was the perfect stay for us. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was sooo delicious. Our room was very clean. The city center is very close (10 min walking distance). All in all, would recommend!

The staff is very friendly and the hotel was very clean. We had a lovely view from our room. The room had a nicely functioning air conditioner. The room was large, we had enough room for hanging our clothes and the bathroom was also nice. The internet is fast and stable, you can read daily newspapers during breakfast (which had a nice variety of choices, I definitely recommend the scrambled eggs). The location is very close to the Nestroplatz subway station, if you wanted to go for a run, Prater park is also a 10 min walking distance away.
There is only one elevator, it was not very slow, I did not have to wait too long. If that is important for you, ask for a room from a lower floor. We were at the top floor, however I was happy to have the view and the elevator wait did not disturb us at all.

Service from everyone was exceptional.
Room layout and beds were nicely roomy and very comfortable.
Breakfast is pricier BUT! Everything is made with freshest ingredients from local sources, and made to be healthy ... as shown by so many unique And delicious inn9vat8ve foods. Eggs made to order, lots of breads and cheeses and treats. Beautiful buffet. It costs a bit more for all those reasons. We are here 2 of the 3 days we st.ayed.
Very clean and welcoming. Nice location for us and in a nice location of the city, as well. Metro right outside the front door ... super convenient.
Very small shower, and placement of water control handle makes it easy to turn while showering and accidentally change the temperature from what was comfortable to cold or very hot. And a suggestion: IF POSSIBLE lower the hot water temp.we enjoy a hot shower, but at it's highest setting it was intolerably hot and a safety concern.
We found this out the hard way ... and found using the hand wznd worked best for us.
