This hotel is exceptional! All staff - from reception to breakfast to the cleaning personnel - were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We made a mistake on our booking and only booked two instead of three nights. They quickly reconfigured things so that we could stay all three nights and in the same room. I don’t think I have stayed at a hotel with so much brimming positivity. Breakfast was beautiful, healthy, and delicious. The room was spacious and extremely quiet. We slept so well! I can't recommend this place enough. Thanks Henriette for a great stay.

Spacious and very comfortable rooms - really quite ideal. Walking distance to most sights. Next to a metro stop with quick access to basically everything.
Breakfast is over-rated. Would skip it and go to the nearby bakery Offerl. Neighborhood is a bit bland - but its safe and has all required amenities.

Clean room, location
At the time of check out i went out to get my coffee in the morning i came back 11:20 , they charged me 10€ for being late 20 min after check out time.
Bed was not that comfortable, bed blanket was way smaller than bed size its barely enough for me.
At time of arrival, I arrived early (8AM) although there were a lot of checked out customers but my room tooks 5 hrs to be ready (1 pm) even if i know the check in time is 3 pm but i was welling to get any room ready but unfortunately the staff resisted..

We had a very good sized bedroom with balcony, pleasantly quiet even though on the main street. The breakfast was very good, with most of it bio and/or homemade. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It turned out that the location was quite good, with the underground just a few steps away, providing good access to the city and all sightseeing places.
Even though the room was of a very good size, the bathroom was very small, with just enough space to move.

Great value for its price - good neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. Enter to the subway just around the corner and it takes only few minutes to get to the city center. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Great location near the subway, within walking distance to Stephansplatz. The room was new and very clean, with modern furniture and appliances. Breakfast was delicious. Sophie at the reception was very kind and always ready to help.
