One of the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel! The hotel is situated as well in a very good location, close to the city center (15-20 minutes walking distance, 5-10 minutes with the metro). The personal was very friendly and helpful. The room clean and tidy.
The wifi didin't work as expected, but it is probably that I was traveling for work, and had some video calls to do and streaming live conference to watch, so for that the wifi was too weak, but probably on a vacation for a daily use, that wouldn't have been a problem.

Location; small hotel; quiet comfortable rooms
One very unfriendly staff member at breakfast - his demeanor and body language reflected badly on the hotel. He was ther both times we stayed and he was unfriendly and rude both times. The aircondtioning was not working which made the room very uncomfortable when it was a hot night (28 degrees). No compensation offered by the hotel

This is a good ‘country style’ family hotel in an interesting part of Vienna (.02 district) , with a variety of mostly good quality places to eat . The hotel was clean and comfortable , with the breakfast in particular generous , bio-based and. very good. It’s also close to the U Bahn (underground) train network , which is generally fast and efficient in Vienna .
Nothing to dislike in particular, this hotel is a comfortable , cosy 4-star hotel . Our only comment might be that it adopts a policy of charging for a (slightly) later checkout where many other hotels are more generous and accommodating . Our room was ok , older style Vienna, and would advise rooms away from the busy main road if possible. Value for money is relative , as prices are generally high in Vienna , particularly when major conference or holiday events are happening : hotels take advantage of the influx to raise their prices ,sometimes significantly .

Very nice hotel that has been recenlty renovated. Lovely balcony but when doors closed is super quiet. Very handy to underground trains that take you to all major tourist attractions. Cannot fault.

Beautiful hotel, I was really speechless on the beauty of the room, all the attention to details, everything was perfect. The hotel is doing some renovations. However, this did not affect my stay. Staff is really helpful.

I booked through booking.com and choose the expansive option, in the event I shorten or lengthen my stay I will have the option. By chance I had to leave two days prior to my departure and when I requested to cancel they charge me full. They do not care about customer service and I will strongly recommend not to book in this hotel. Even smaller B&B is better than this hotel

Amazing place. Tomas at the reception was super kind, made our stay in Vienna so much better. Stefi from the kitchen is a super star, breakfast was one of the best I had in any hotel. I loved breakfast, rooms were nice and clean too.
