The staff at Henriette were the most helpful I have ever experienced. I can't speak German...their english was perfect. They sorted out drinks, a taxi to the airport, and even a cake and a balloon for my birthday. Amazing! The room was immaculately clean with a big window. It had a kettle and glass-bottled water available to buy. Brilliant. The breakfast was the best. It was a buffet with everything imaginable...vegan options were easy...the mini kiwi fruits were fantastic! It is generally a very good hotel with every detail attended to. Highly recommendable.

This is a newly renovated extremely eco- friendly hotel in an excellent location in Vienna. Very close to underground stop to get in to all the old city center sites or you could also walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds very comfortable, and the included breakfast was fabulous! Lots of organic and homemade items- scrumptious. Wish this hotel was in more cities!
