Everything was great. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is rich and tasty. The location is more than great Tip: for the S1 line take the elevator in front of the hotel instead of the stairs.

First of all The staff is friendly and helpful you can feel on holiday. The hotel is located just below the Netroplatz stop on the U1 line, so there's no need for Uber; you can connect anywhere. A 2-day ticket is only 14 euros. The breakfast is very high quality. Even the coffee beans in the espresso machine are organically certified brand coffee beans. We went to Hallstatt by train for a day trip and they prepared a lunch box for us. It was really nice, thank you very much for the content.
It's not a very luxurious hotel; you have to pay three or four times more for that in Vienna. If you're a wealthy person who appreciates luxury, you might want to look for more expensive hotels.

Except for the shower experience mentioned below, we would stay here again should we return. Service from everyone was exceptional. Room layout and beds were nicely roomy and very comfortable. Breakfast is pricier BUT! Everything is made with freshest ingredients from local sources, and made to be healthy ... as shown by so many unique And delicious inn9vat8ve foods. Eggs made to order, lots of breads and cheeses and treats. Beautiful buffet. It costs a bit more for all those reasons. We are here 2 of the 3 days we st.ayed. Very clean and welcoming. Nice location for us and in a nice location of the city, as well. Metro right outside the front door ... super convenient.
Very small shower, and placement of water control handle makes it easy to turn while showering and accidentally change the temperature from what was comfortable to cold or very hot. And a suggestion: IF POSSIBLE lower the hot water temp.we enjoy a hot shower, but at it's highest setting it was intolerably hot and a safety concern. We found this out the hard way ... and found using the hand wznd worked best for us.

At the time of check out i went out to get my coffee in the morning i came back 11:20 , they charged me 10€ for being late 20 min after check out time. Bed was not that comfortable, bed blanket was way smaller than bed size its barely enough for me. At time of arrival, I arrived early (8AM) although there were a lot of checked out customers but my room tooks 5 hrs to be ready (1 pm) even if i know the check in time is 3 pm but i was welling to get any room ready but unfortunately the staff resisted..

The staff went above and above to help each guest out at check-in in spending extra time to answer any questions and give suggestions. We enjoyed sitting on our deck, reminiscing about our trip. The room was comfortable and one of the only places in our 2-week trip that had air conditioning. The hotel made it so easy to find them and their parking area...they sent instructions with photos included a few days ahead of time (so helpful). We had to leave early so we weren't able to enjoy the breakfast buffet.

Staff was useful to help find some necessary stores and information. Location was right next to the train station - very nice, really liked it. Very picturesque street, and had good food nearby.
I didn't like that I basically HAD to take the metro to go to the center of the city, where all of the things I wanted to see were. The internet also drove me crazy - it would turn off at random and was not stable at all.
