Great location, right next to a metro station, walking distance from the old town. Nice neighborhood close to Prater park with plenty of cosy Asian restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was splendid! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out easy and quick.

Great staff, nice location with easy access to train and metro. Rooms are big and spacious with self controlled aircon and a balcony. Rare these days!
Bed is too hard and too short, duvet is basic and tiny. I know I am tall but the beds and covers are too short, even the duvet is not just too short but small in General. There is an ongoing construction inside the hotel inside hotel for the period of April to June+. Quite noisy at some hours of the day but the rooms have great sound proofing.

My stay at Henriette Stadthotel Vienna exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious and featured a charming balcony, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless, reflecting the hotel's impressive standards of cleanliness. The staff was consistently professional, courteous, and attentive—always ready to assist with warm smiles. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to every taste.
The location was superb, just a few meters from the U1 underground line. The hotel offers excellent connectivity to the rest of Vienna, making it incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travelers.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined, comfortable, and well-located stay in Vienna.

I left a review and the only thing I got was sorry. The rooms were nice but the hotel reception was under construction. Made a complaint but booking.com was nice enough to take care of it.

The room was very spacious with a king bed and balcony. Unfortunately, due to construction the balcony was not usable but I’m sure when construction is complete it will be a nice perk to your stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was right outside the elevator and I couldn’t hear it at all.

Good location. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.
It was under construction while I stayed there. My bedroom window was entirely covered in plastic. The room also had a smell of cigarette smoke.

The hotel was okay—well cleaned, with a spacious room, and the receptionists/staff were very polite and friendly.
I'm sure that this is a good choice with a good price-to-quality ratio—when everything is running smoothly without external construction works.
They had undergoing façade renovations, which we were not informed about. Our view was completely blocked by scaffolding and a blurry plastic film pressed against the windows (opening the window allowed only limited airflow). The construction workers woke us up early in the morning as they walked and talked on the scaffolding right next to our heads. My complaints are not directly about the construction work itself but rather about how the hotel handled the situation. I expected some kind of compensation for the inconvenience—something like a free breakfast would have been a nice gesture.
