lI lked the friendly staff, healthy breakfast with lots of choices, very clean apartment. The atmosphere is family-like. The hotel is very nicely decorated with lots of details and nicely coordinated colors.

Nice hotel with everything you need, very friendly staff, good breakfast. My room was big and clean. Subway just outside the door, but you can walk to the city center in 30 minutes. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby.

Shower temperature fluctuated from hot to cold. Weak water pressure. Pillows either hard or too soft.

Location, staff all very nice and enthusiastic & helpful. Lovely breakfast, interesting & healthy options, plenty of choice. Nice bed linen and room was spotlessly clean with plenty of space (708) Balcony and view to St Stephen’s).
Nice size bathroom but cramped shower cubicle, you’d struggle in the shower cubicle if larger person tried to use.

Wonderful
The room was very clean, spacious, and the bed very comfortable. The location was very convenient and the personnel very friendly and professional.
The air conditioning system is new and efficient, however it is slightly blows at the foot of the bed. We nevertheless slept very well.

Disappointing
Impossible to use the elevators as the waiting time is too long. Really problematic when you travel with luggage and small children as the hotel extends over several floors.

The room was amazing, the breakfast delicious.
The water temperature in the shower varied too much, I had to keep adjusting it throughout. Suddenly it went scorching or freezing. One morning I returned from breakfast, and the door to my room was open and a man was standing inside. He said he was having a look at the A/C because someone had complained. I said I hadn't and he left. Very odd.

For my liking, the shower was a tad small and the eco-adjusted shower head left very little pressure and would randomly switch hot for cold water. Nothing to really get upset about- I kind of expect that with European showers from experience.
