The Staff is very nice, Especially the Bartender Alvin and the Receptionist Patrick. Those guys made our stay very enjoyable & comfortable that even made us book 1 more night ?. We've enjoy talking to them.. they were very helpful and entertaining. The place is near to train station and only 8mojs away from disco.. perfect for people who likes to go out at night for party. ?
We would surely back in this hotel when we get a chance to stay overnight or 2 in Wien again. Thank you guys!

Location and the desk staff’s willingness to help upgrade us from the cigarette smoke room they put us in (in a no smoking hotel!) to the suite which did not smell like smoke.
The room we got smelled badly of cigarette smoke. We were told the only other room available didn’t have cold water, only got water. Then they upgraded us to the suite (“best room in the hotel,” they said) which was a decent room, but one of the windows had duct tape around the edges.

The parking price of 25 EUR/night is very steep, as expected in Vienna, but it's still something to consider when booking this hotel. Also, beware of parking enforcers if you're considering leaving your car on the street during the week. On Saturdays and Sundays, parking is free, though.

Room was clean and modest. Receptionist were helpful and smiling. Location was also good.
There were no slippers in the room when we entered. Breakfast was no good at all. At 10.15 on sunday we wanted have a breakfast and a lot of things were about to finish without renewal. In addition although they saw us no waitress set the tables.

Good place to stay. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station and close to several bus stops, which makes getting around very easy. It’s also conveniently located near Schönbrunn Park, which was a great bonus. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was really comfortable with great bedding.

The hotel's location was excellent: 5 minutes walk from the Schönbrunn Palace, and 5 minutes walk from the Schönbrunn U4 subway station.
There are a lot of stores in a walking distance from the hotel, and it also has a guest parking space (not for free though, 25 Euros/day) in the back.
The staff was extremely helpful and nice, and the hotel - even though it felt just a little outdated - was kept clean and pleasant.
The rooms were sufficient and comfortable, and the breakfast had everything you need to start your day.
From what I understand the hotel was re-branded recently, and it seems that not EVERYTHING is optimal yet; for example, in one of the rooms we took (we had 2 rooms, we were a family of 5 and the hotel doesn't seem to have rooms big enough for 5) the sink in the bathroom was clogged a little. Not a big deal, but I told the receptionist about it on the 2nd day of our stay, and he took a note of that and promised to send someone to fix it ASAP.
The day after, when the issue was not treated, I notified the receptionist again of the issue, she took note but again - nothing was done and it stayed this way until we left. It didn't bother me that much but I was wondering why such a minor issue wasn't being dealt for so long, and since the sink was already clogged when I got the room, if the previous resident also complained about the sink and again nothing was done to fix it... ?♂️

Close to train line and the palace!! Awesome for those tourists want to visit the palace and for those not using car to zone 1. Price was good when I book it last min.
The road traffic in front could be noisy.. not for those want to open the window at night. There is only few stores around to get necessities. The hotel is not new but might be new to booking.com.

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and truly courteous staff who do their utmost to make guests feel welcome. It’s clear that this could be an excellent property — the charm and potential are certainly there.
However, the rooms would greatly benefit from some renovation, particularly in the plumbing and electrical systems, which are showing their age. A touch more attention to the quality of cleaning and timely replacement of linens and amenities would also make a notable difference.
With a bit of investment and renewed care, this hotel could easily be among the very best in its category.

To be honest, not much. The room was a nice size.
Very poor overall experience at this hotel, which is advertised as "reopening." Nothing new, in fact, quite the opposite. Very poor reception (20-minute wait, no one at reception at 11pm). The parking lot of about twenty spots is so small that cars have difficulty parking when there is space. The hotel advised me to park on the street. As a result, the car was towed (fine and impound: €380!). Breakfast appeared generous, but the products were of poor quality. Staff not very friendly. Very disappointed.
