Location is near Prater, accesible to downtown. U2 train is near the hotel. The staff were friendly.

Very friendly staff,very helpfull at the breakfast room area.The room cleaning staff are very friendly,didn't pass in the hall ways without say hello or good morning.Reception stall were very helpfull for general information
There was great choice for breakfast,i just found the hot food wasn't great(turkey sausages,streaky rashers and scrambled eggs).The staff were great, they made me fried egg for example.

breakfast too cheap and poor quality for this brand, coffee worse than at the train station, after we paid, upon departure they asked us for 48 euros for parking without telling us when we booked this additional price, if we had known we would have parked on the street for free, naughty, cunning and lying manager. I do not recommend, for 200 euros per night you can find quality in Vienna

*check out 1 night less Refuses to charge me for the night i spent .they charged me for the night i did not spend as well . I had to leave early for emergency .. *cleaning not that much .. no water even when u check in to the room .. *gym staff un cooperative (not all) dont talk to u when u speak in english !!!
