The location was great! Walkable to many sights and access to public transit within a couple blocks. Friendly staff, wonderful rooms and a great breakfast.

Nice location, cosy and spacious! room for decent price. Room looked clean and fresh, light, it smells good around the whole hotel area) Breakfast is tasty (fish, bacon, eggs, some pastry, yogurts and jams, veggies, drinks).
There’s some noise from the street and the building in the opposite, especially in the mornings. Would be great to put a kettle into the room bar and leave a bottle of fresh drinking water daily:)

The hotel is very nice, and all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The location is perfect—you can easily walk to the city center. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. During our stay I met four receptionists and all of them were very nice. The room was clean, the bedding was very fresh, like they'd just bought it. The location also is very good, close to the Rathaus and Parlament. There is a pool billiard in the lounge and it is free to use. We have already recomended this hotel to our relatives who are going to visit Vienna soon.

The property had a really charming style, and the room was spacious and comfortable. There was also a safe and a mini-fridge, which were nice perks. Location-wise, it’s about as ideal as could be for visiting the main attractions of the city.

I love the location.
I was in a part that has still not been renovated. It seemed a bit shabby and the bathtub in particular was pretty grim.

The property is located in a very safe area about a 10 minute walk to central Vienna. The rooms are clean and have ample storage space. The windows open for fresh air. There is a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room but no tea kettle. There are many non tourist restaurants in the area
The room had an issue with hot water in the bathroom. We could not get hot water in the shower. We notified the front desk and they sent someone up to check. The person told us we had to run the water for 10 to 15 minutes before it gets hot. We ran the water for an extended time., It did get warmer, but it never got hot enough for taking a shower. Also, the shower door only goes across a third of the tub so taking a shower is tricky since it is very easy to get the bathroom all wet

It's the second time we booked this apartment. The apartment was very spacious, centrally located close to the Rathaus metro station, with plenty restaurants and cafes nearby. The weather was very hot during our stay, so we really appreciated the A/C :).

First we ended up in an awful room. Two floors, old forniture and bathroom. We requested a change and they attended the next day. The new premium room was then fantastic.
