Location was exceptional. Close to bus 2 and subway that would bring you around the city. 2 grocery stores nearby (Billa was my favorite). I got lucky that I was there doing the film festival and Aperol spritz nights at only 15 min walk.
Breakfast was good, loved the bread and the waitress was always nice along with the morning receptionist Marie and the afternoon receptionist ( I forgot his name but I believe it starts with an F).
Great hospitality. My best friend and I had a early morning flight and because we weren't able to jave breakfast they prepared a lunch to go.
I thoufht the romm was a little bit bigger than it was, but not really a complaint.

Breakfasts were top rate and the breakfast staff were friendly, cheerful and very hard working. The day reception staff were also very helpful .
The coffee machines in the bedrooms are unsatisfactory. A better quality of coffee/tea machine and a larger quantity and variety of available drinks would be a welcome innovation.

The location is great, very close to the metro station and there are many restaurants, also Spar, Bila and Bipa shops.

The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood very close to Vienna's magnificent town hall (Rathaus). It felt quaint, even though it was very centrally located. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was very, very good. We loved being able to walk around Innerstadt all day, walk back to the hotel for an afternoon rest and then take the U-Bahn to Volksoper in the evening.
Machine-made coffee was not ideal. I would also have liked more and better information about parking. We did inquire the day before and received a more favorable parking rate (still expensive) from the hotel than what is otherwise available to visitors to Vienna.

The breakfast was truly outstanding - quality, quantity and variety - and the highlight of our stay! The apartment was roomy, clean, and the beds very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always attentive. Great location, close to the old town, many bars and restaurants and with several options of public transportation .
The wi-fi was either too slow or didn’t work in our room. I spoke with the front desk staff and she said they would reset the router, but it continued very slow during our stay.

The staff was very helpful and nice and the location is good
The premises are way too old and need a significant refurbishment. The rooms do not have proper blinders which make it difficult to sleep in the morning, the queen size bed are in fact twin beds, the bathrooms are very old.

The staff was very kind and helpful, theater theme on the hotel was so lovely and exciting. We stayed at the suite rooms and it was very large and comfort. The location is very good, there is a tram line(2), you can go anywhere with it. The markets are very close.
The elevator is so small and working slow. The breakfast was enough but could have been a little bit more various. Scrambled eggs were sticked together, it need to be stirred once in a while. We requested 2 baby cots and they had delivered but they were very old, some parts are broken. They can be renewed.

We had a great time, the room was bigger than expected which made a very good impression and quiet! The location was close to the center with an option to walk by foot or take the tram and be in the center in 5 minutes. Lot's of nice shops around the area for a drink or dinner as well.
The carpet in the room should be cleaned better. Also 24€ for a per person breakfast is a lot.

The hotel is in comfortable walking distance to the town hall. The room was well lit, clean and had enough space (we were 2 persons). There was no noise from the surrounding rooms or outside. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood with cafes, grocery stores and smaller shops around. The bathroom facilities looked very new.
The elevator is quite small and slow.

Responsiveness of the stuff, it turned out when we arrived the weather was very cold and windy. Hotel's stuff have proposed, and then prepared sauna in very well and convenient manner. They were so attentive to the room temperature, any other needs. We felt like home. ???
