Spacious room, quiet location, very good breakfast, comfortable bed
The room was excessively heated, as a matter of fact, every room had a window open, in the evening of a cold November day. Although I managed to reach a decent temperature, loosing energy like this should not be necessary.

Wonderful
Extraordinary breakfast. I would highlight mango juice, wild garlic cream, tuna salad.
Parking was expected to be problematic, but it turned out to be completely fine. They said they might not be able to provide a parking space, but in the end, they did.

Excellent breakfast with pleasant staff. Room cleaning was good. Location ( while not in centre) was easy to get around from. Good value for money.
Room temperature was hard to control although that could have been due to the season - it was fall so the air conditioning was turned off but the room was quite warm so we had to prop the window open to co it off. The walls seemed quite thin as it was easy to hear other guests.

The staff members were courteous and friendly. The location was perfect...such a short walk to the U-Bahn, which will get you anywhere you want to go. Close to groceries and wonderful restaurants.

Location was good, very close to train station, river walk and an excellent Italian restaurant. Quiet , clean and good breakfast. Reasonable price.
One of the 2 elevators was out of order and looking back at reviews this has been for months! The remaining one only took 2 people and since we were on the 8th floor there was a lot of waiting!
Our room had an a/c unit which didn’t work… a portable one was unusable because of the noise when turned to “ cool”… they switched it out for another unit but that was no better.
I felt sorry for the front desk staff because they must hear the same complaints over and over. The owners really need to update and address these basic issues! We stayed in September… the room heat would have been even more of a problem in summer!

Spacious room, full breakfast options, staff availability, terrace for smoking.
The room was old and there were moths, it ruined a cashmere cardigan I left on the chair overnight. When I enquired about a sewing kit at reception, I was sent to a restaurant. The room was under the roof and far too hot. A ventilator was provided I had to leave on all night with the unwanted noise. The room was poorly soundproofed, I could listen to what was going in the room next door through the communication door. The shower cabin was far too small, one could barely move inside.

Clean, good location
For a hotel that considers itself as 3 stars and for the price I paid, I would expect a few very basic things which the hotel did not provide. It was about 33 Celsius in Vienna during our stay and they claimed they cannot turn on the AC because the neighbors complain about the noise. This is extremely odd and we were not able to stay in the room to rest after our long flight since it was way too hot! Also, there was only one elevator that was working (out of 2). There are 8 floors in the hotel, which meant we had to wait for the elevator every time approximately 8-10 minutes. This is unacceptable. Why didn’t they bother to fix the other elevator? Of course, no warning was made prior to our arrival to those two things. I think those are very basic services that I expect the hotel to provide or at least notify on in advance so I can make a decision if I’m willing to stay in such conditions. Anyway, in all honesty it was a disappointing experience.

Efficient, check-in, clean room and easy to get to location not too far from city center. Nice area with cute cafés and bars at walking distance. Great stay for the price.
Elevators were slightly old and took quite long to come, bed mattress was a little bit old and springy, but still comfortable.

Pleasant
Location is excellent especially for tourists who wants to see the city in a short period of a time for example one day.
Quiet environment. Good premises.
Linens were bit dirty. Curtains were torned. Breakfast for this price was satisfactory, Few improvements needed.
