Quite large room. Was nice and clean. Easy access to city center by tram number 1.
Seems the cleaning is not planned as often as in normal hotels - during our 5 night stay no cleaning was done. Which is more or less OK, if at least the garbage was taken out - we ended up with 5-6 bags of garbage at the end of our trip (some cooking, eating in).

The housekeepers took all my stuff that i had left in the room for the day (my shirts, shower gel, food, drinks). The staff tried their best to replace the food and drinks i had and got my shirts back which i appreciate, but zero offers from front desk for compensating the incident otherwise.

Decent location , close to the tram to explore the city. Breakfast was good with limited options. They have laundry room with free access to the machines which was a great thing
There is no daily room cleaning so we will have to yake out the garbage everyday and staying with two toddlers was quiet a task.

This accommodation is great! I've been here 4 or 5 times, I use it as a stopover when traveling with my family. It's spacious, comfortable, extremely clean, since they introduced self check-in, the whole process is very smooth. Beds, kitchen, bathroom, I cannot say enough praises how good everything is. It's really good value for the money you pay. I would always recommend this accommodation. Two small drawbacks are that the building is next to the busy street and the second is that finding a parking spot can be daunting sometimes. There is parking on the street and surrounding streets but due to weird Vienna parking rules, you cannot use it whenever you want, there are some periods when parking is not allowed. But the facility has it's own parking which you can use with additional fee and there are also public garages nearby. One more praise, since we travel with small children there is always a crib in the accommodation, spare bed prepared, so really, highest praises for the service and care. Also, kitchen or kitchenette is nicely equipped, microwave, dishwasher, there is an ironing board, iron...I mean you can easily use this for longer stay and not lack anything. On two occasions we even used it to explore Vienna, and it's totally doable, even though it is not that close to the city center, there is a tram station just around the corner which goes to the city center (almost), you get off right at the start of the main pedestrian zone. Overall, we are extremely happy, we already feel like at home we we arrive and we will definitely use it again.
No major drawbacks honestly, or places for improvements. You cannot open windows fully, due to safety limitations but that is ok.

The accommodation was excellent, very clean, comfortable and we received an upgrade, which entitled us to a bigger room with a balcony. The staff were very supportive and always available and helpful.

Clean, spacious with lots of amenities! Close to public transport and supermarket. Nice park across the road and exceeded expectations.
On large main road and can be noisy during the morning and night. Close to hospital so lots of ambulances.
