The location is very nice. The apartment was absolutely clean. There's a small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
The kitechen is quite small, so its hard to cook in the apartment. There is no freezer, only the fridge.

Had everything we needed. Was clean and modern. Nice wee balcony. I liked the no key entry. Had a great stay, thank you.
Controller to the electric window shutters was broken so we weren’t able to control them.

The apartment is really comfortable, clean and beautiful. There's everything necessary. And the location is good - it's around half an hour walk from the center, and the area itself looks nice she has all the necessary infrastructure.

The location was perfect. Very close to the metro station and Karlsplaz was 20 mins walk.
We had an issue with sink in the bathroom, that wasn't working properly. And the lights in the bathroom were blinking sometimes.

The apartment is situated in one of Vienna's most exquisite areas. Apartment's decoration is refreshingly different from the typical hotel room or standard apartment, and I find it much more aesthetically pleasing in this unique style.

Absolutely excellent apartment!
Clean and comfortable, high spec furniture and comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, small terrace over the rooftops, heating and aircon, great soundproofing and a modern design.. In all one of the best apartments I've stayed in.
Supermarkets a few steps away, ubahn 5 minutes, restaurants and bars all around, 10 minutes to karlsplatz and 20 minutes to st Stephens. The neighborhood is really nice, quiet but with plenty happening.
I would be disappointed if I went to Vienna and this apartment wasn't available.
You need to dial a phone number each time to access the building, so make sure you have a good battery life on your phone or you will need to ask one to nice Viennese people to help you. Otherwise this keyless system really works well.
Top tip: The pillows are really thin, even by Germanic standards. But there is a thicker one in the wardrobe so if you put them together you can make proper pillow

It was great to be able to make the payment with the 3D secure system. Easy, fast and safe. The location of the apartment is in one of the most beautiful places in Vienna. Market and restaurants are very close. I loved the unique decoration of the apartment. It is very different from hotel room or ordinary apartment colors and I think it is much more beautiful like this. The living room, kitchen, bathroom were just as I saw them in the photos. Thanks to the Guest service team for quickly answering all my questions. It was a wonderful stay. We will meet again.

Great location, clean apartment, air conditioning and washing machine. Convenient to several restaurants, stores and public transportation. Within walking distance of the Naschmarkt and the MariaHilfer Strasse for shopping!
It would be helpful to have a written handbook or online handbook explaining how to find the router, use the washing machine and television along with another information pertaining to the apartment. This would result in fewer e-mails/calls to guest services.
There was no soap in the bathroom or laundry detergent. There was only soap in the toilet area. Moreover, there was also no kitchen soap or coffee filters. Your handbook should indicate what type of coffee filters fit the coffee machine and also just give some directions on how to use the coffee machine and washing machine. In addition, the handbook should describe how to turn on/off the air conditioning.
There was also no cable Television, only netflix.

On a trip to Vienna, Prague, Budapest, and Krakow this was our favorite accommodation. We liked the location, spaciousness, excellent air conditioning, cleanliness, and fun motif. We will stay here when we visit Vienna again.

I loved the design of the apartment it's really modern and very spacious. Exactly as pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. Close to super market, bakery, metro and restaurants. Walkable distance to the city center if you like walk, definitively I will stay here again.

The Flat is beautiful and clean, the location is great for both for sightseeing and shopping. The keyless system is amazing check-in and check-out were really convenient for me, as I arrived later and left early. The instructions were very clear and simple, bed comfortable. Highly recommended.
