Location is great. Breakfast was good and plentiful and for those who care - all bio. No coffee machines but they serve you coffee like in a bar and is no problem getting another one! :)
All in all great. Stayed with my 2 kids and apart from a "soft bed" I didn't get any other complaints. Which is also very good.
The staff is super nice and polite so it makes the experience so much better.
It's not that it has anything to do with the hotel itself but the parking garage is not free. You can reserve a spot, park there, feel good about it but it is a normal Vienna price (19€ at the time of booking). You can also find spots on the street - but it's also chargeable though free during weekends.

Good breakfast and service minded staff. TV with integrated streaming services.
The room did have a real bathroom instead it was one toilet with a frosted glass door, the shower and sink were separated only with a curtain from the rest of the room. This was not clear from the pictures. It's perfectly fine if you're alone but not for a couple.

Lovely staff, very spacious room, lovely balcony with a view into the city. Very pleasant stay. Good entertainment system with access to Netflix and YouTube.
Bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was no air conditioning so the room was very hot. They provided a fan which I needed to set up next to the bed. As a result, I did not sleep very well at all

Hidden away in a residential street, it was very quiet, day and night.
Sustainability ethos is evident in the re-use of every day items as lovely decorations.
Housekeeping do a great job and it's all very clean.
Breakfast room, with additional seating in the outdoor, internal garden was very welcoming. Lots of choices, all very high quality. If you prefer fresh, organic foods you won't be disappointed - breads, cheeses, hams, cereals, fruit, cakes, juices and more. Very relaxing start to the day.
Huge credit to the staff - 24 hours. The excellent team were friendly, helpful, happy to guide and advise. Great communication from booking until departure with information on transport, restaurants and anything else we asked about. We had a 3.30am departure and we were offered a breakfast to take away.
Transport connectivity is good, bus and trams close by. Walking to the centre of town is achievable.
Not complaints, but our observations.
Bedroom was quite hot. Floor fan was useful and the the window opened and was protected against insects by a screen.
The hand, body, hairwash is lovely and natural. I have some joint difficulties and squeezing the bottles was a little difficult. Little soap bars are available on request.
Pillows were too soft but extra were brought immediately on request. We would have preferred a king bed rather than two pushed together. One large duvet rather than two singles. One bed was comfortable the other had a little dip.
None of this affected our enjoyment of being there.

The best staff I have ever seen. They pay attention to even the smallest details. Finally, a place where guests don't have to mess around with the coffee machine, but where the coffee is brought to you. Several times :) Very generous and delicious breakfast. And the bed is truly wonderful. I'm sorry I can't take it home with me. Thank you for your service!

The staff were all so present offering greetings and help at all times. The breakfast was like no other. Fresh, organic, a vast array of choice and barista coffee as much as you would like. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was so quiet -if you wanted to sleep all day you could!

furnishings seemed a bit old, we probably stayed in a room that was not recently renovated but very clean nonetheless
