On arrival we were offered an upgrade of room.
Great location for museum visits nearby.
Breakfast whilst not included was provided very efficiently.
The upgraded room was somewhat dulled when we were awoken at 07:30 by pneumatic drills on the building site opposite.
Would have expected breakfast to be included for the price.

This was so centrally located - perfect for a short stay. It was only a 15-20 minute walk to just about everywhere we wanted to be. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great! The front desk was SO friendly and very helpful. One gentleman gave us a recommendation for a fantastic "local" restaurant. I wish we were able to stay longer and check out the in house bar!

Exceptional, helpful staff, beautiful, spotless room with excellent bathroom, coffee maker and mini fridge in the room, very nice and reasonably priced breakfast, outstanding location, especially if you’re interested in the Museums Quartier. The quietest elevator I have ever known!
The decor and overall aesthetic is maybe a bit too chic and hip.

Wonderful
This is a wonderfully decorated hotel close to the Opera and very near to the Museums, as well as to the shops. It is an ideal location to discover Vienna. The breakfast is delicious. The design of the rooms, the lobby and place for the breakfast is cheerful, the staff is very kind. Lajos was very helpful when we arrived.
It was not the fault of the hotel, but currently a very noisy major construction work is taking place on the opposite side of the street. The work started at 7:00 am. The hotel staff did everything to make sure that our stay would be as comfortable as possible. We received a room on the other side of the hotel., and the room was quiet. I am sure if this work will be finished soon, then all the rooms will be enjoyable at this nice hotel.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast served at the table is so much nicer.
The privat spa was nice after the cold days in town.
Nearby Leopoldmuseum, opera, Hofburg and many more.
