The location was wonderful. The staff was exceptional, especially Amany. It was a small hotel but very well appointed.
You need to know all of the deluxe rooms have tub/shower combination. It can be treacherous getting in and out.

Very confortable King bed and pillows. High tech beautiful bathroom. All tech easy to use. Georgous elevator. The room was spotless as was the entire hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Within walking distance to market, Mozart concert Hall, High end shopping, and dining area by spectacular St. Stephens Cathedral, Opera House and so much more. They even have a spa with steam bath guests can reserve. There are bowls filled with delicious little candies 24/7. Special touches everywhere, to many to list. I highly recommend this Hotel.

The location was perfect. The amenities were great. The breakfast service was amazing. Good food and excellent service. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, quirky hotel with lovely staff. Rooms were modern, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The interior of the hotel had interesting modern art on every floor and lots of interesting things to look at. Hotel close to museum quarter and hop off/on bus. Highly recommend.

We liked everything. The owner was friendly and attentive and breakfast was outstanding.

Loved the private sauna. The rooms were very well furnished with great quality materials and amenities.
It is also very well located.
The front staff were also very helpful and friendly.
We weee upgraded to a suite upon arrival which was a really nice treat.
