Glass entry doors and lift need a motif sticker to prevent walking into glass.
Staff seemed remote and did not engage unless addressed. First contact on 1st Dec with receptionist was excellent and informative

I don't know where to begin! The location was truly superb and the hotel itself was perfect, quite small, very clean and (although not my personal taste) very nice looking all together. You could really see they put attention to detail in all aspects. The a la carte breakfast was delicious; i really liked it was not a buffet style breakfast. The hotelbar was in the same location as the breakfast area and I used it a few times before i went out for dinner. The room was lovely, just a perfect size with great coffee and some complimentary drinks in the minibar. The staff was super attentive and one of the receptionists got me a reservation at a great restaurant, super close to the hotel, when i only asked her for tips. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. And the spa, to have this reserved for myself was one thing but how it looked; truly beautiful! I felt like an empress (:-)) spending 2 hours there by myself. Chapeau and thanks very much!

Wonderful
The hotel was immaculate, staff welcoming and friendly. It was in a great location, lots of main attractions within easy walking distance and the hotel itself was very quiet.
An extra bonus was the complementary spa facilities which could be booked each day for your own exclusive use.

This is a hidden gem - great location, which meant we could practically walk everywhere we wanted to go (but Ubers can get to right outside), the staff are fantastic, the bar / cafe area is wonderful, the private spa is awesome, the room was comfortable and clean - we honestly loved our experience here, so thank you to all of the team for making it memorable.
That we had to leave!

The location was excellent with friendly, helpful staff. Christmas decorations were fabulous and a nice treat was awaiting in the lobby each time you entered. Room was comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend staying here.

I checked in around 10:30pm, got into the tiniest elevator. Went up to my room and it was quaint. But I immediately got sick after turning on the water in the sink. There was a foul sewer smell that came out the sink that was suffocating. I took a shower and was immediately itchy the whole night to the point I broke out in hives. I could not sleep. The sewer smell continued and it also smelled like ammonia, my throat started burning and also my eyes. I could not bear it. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, little to any bathroom amenities. Also they don’t provide any laundry services and you have to pay $25 for breakfast. There aren’t really any restaurants close by. I checked out first thing that morning and canceled the rest of my reservation. I had to literally find a hotel that morning on my birthday and walk 15-20 minutes in the RAIN to get to the new hotel which was perfect. I would never in a million years recommend this hotel to anyone to stay not even if they are on a budget.
