The room was very comfortable and clean with some nice goodies (Teufel sound system, fine china,..). The classical live music during breakfast was delightful and the bar was very welcoming. The friendly staff completed an excellent experience.

The hotel was clean and tidy and quiet. There is a restaurant within the hotel.
The room we were given was very basic and nothing like the pictures on their website. It looked a lot like a prison cell. The bathroom (a wet room) was very poorly designed and the floor got drenched. There was no where to hang clothes in the bathroom, so everything got drenched. There was no iron in the room. The location was a bit of a rough area.

Staff was friendly and the hotel is an old building which has been nicely modernised. The room itself was nicely decorated. It is well connected to public transport (metro and tram lines in easy reach). There is a nice market with nice cafs just two blocks away.
The hotel is on the junction of two very noisy roads, so it was impossible to sleep with open windows. The bathroom and toilet in our room had no door! Breakfast seemed rather expensive (we did not try it). The main disappointment was that the sauna which was advertised, is a "private sauna" which you had to book and which was supposed to cost 39 Euros per person for just two hours - without a real "discount" for hotel guests. That seems very expensive and it was not clear from the information on booking.com!

The location itself is noisy (near a five-lane urban highway) but my room was very quiet. The room and the bathroom were very clean, check-in was fast, staff is friendly. Perfect for a business stay.

Not nice to book a renovated room and get the oldest room for handicapped with very old and scratchy bed and sofa with tears. When asking the lobby to change the room which I did not ask for- they said they will check the day after and could not promise. Very disappointing! Finally after 24 hours I was transferred to newer room and very nice one.
