Wonderful
The hotel is a very formal and old school hotel and is located very central and in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The Innere Stadt is within walking distance and the tram line is about 50 m from the hotel.
Milli at Reception is a star and provided us with many tips and suggestions for dinner and even helped us with dinner reservations.
The hotel is a bit dated and need some renovation/ upgrading soon. Especially the shower in the bath is not only very dangerous but also very uncomfortable.

Kaiserhof Wien is a wonderful hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the city center. There is parking available – the staff takes care of picking up and returning your car, which is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom with shower is particularly well designed and practical. The entire hotel feels very ergonomic and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast is excellent and offers a wide variety of options. The staff are kind, attentive, and even surprised me with a birthday greeting. Highly recommended!
