Welcoming helpful staff. Beautiful decor and cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent. Extremely respectful cleaning staff in the bedrooms. It was quiet at night and during the day. The location was excellent.

This hotel is situated walking distance from the City Center and the shopping district. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room was very comfortable and dark at night and with a powerful shower. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of breads and pastries

Like many smaller hotels, no proper restaurant for evening meals, but plenty of eating options nearby and a short tram ride away.

A very relaxing ambience from the moment we walked into the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Room was large and very comfortable. Great location for walking to most of the main sights and transport.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with imperial portraits and conveniently located. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The breakfast buffet with service is fantastic! The staff is very friendly.

I liked the friendliness of the barkeeper. Also, check in was easy.
It was difficult to get an Uber to come to this hotel. I was told to get a taxi. Just a bit annoying after I tried two different Uber rides first.
