Very Good
Great location, easy walking distance to everything we wanted. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was top notch.
We had troubles with the AC and never quite got comfortable. Had them look at it but no real improvement. The shower was real complicated and was hard to adjust temperature without having to go through either cold or hot water to adjust.

Very Good
Excellent location for subway (Karlsplatz) and sightseeing as well as Twin Liner to Bratislava. Also enjoyed nearby restaurants and shopping including near Minerlgasse. Included breakfast was wonderful, though it was difficult to get that second cup of coffee (my only complaint). Tea was plentiful but coffee was not. ☹️

This hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and nice. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast and the bar in the evenings, and it was also in a great location, walking distance from the city-center activities and easy access to the U-bahn.

The beds, they have no sheets to cover yourself and the blanket was folded on top of the bed. Never seen than method before.

Are very small. The last night there was no refill of toilet paper or bath towels that was very disappointing.

Hotel was centrally located, and even though a bit old room was ok. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Really appreciated it.
Two things really bothered us and because of that we will NOT stay at this property again.
1) All the bathrooms have tubs, no walk in shower we were told. For people with knee problems this is a major issue.
2) During out recent 3-week trip to Germany and Austria , we had stayed at 8 different hotels and I have to rate the breakfasst at Kaiserhof as C, the worst of all the hotels. Some specifics - Yogurt with fruit flavor was not available which is common at all the other hotels. Only yogurt available was cocunut flavor which was terrible in taste and I noticed that none of the other guests were eating it either. This should be removed from the menu. Also museli soaked in milk overnight is a common staple at all the other hotels which is not available here. Scrambled eggs were cold and not too good to eat.
We had stayed for 3 nights at Kaiserhof and for 2 mornings we asked for breakfast to go and had specified things which we found at the other hotels but they were not available here, such as bananas, fruit flavor yogurt as I mentioned, ham sandwich. We were given just some dried up buns with either cheese only or with a small piece of ham only, so terrible to eat. This to-go breakfast was so difficult to eat. Just terrible!

The location - on a quiet street but very close to the central city - was perfect. Breakfast was great & we especially liked the "Grosse Brauner" (shots of espresso with pitcher of hot milk) which allowed us to perfectly customize our morning coffee. All the staff members were friendly, cheerful, skilled, good with English and helped us to have fun during our stay & really enjoy Vienna! The hotel is relatively old, with interesting historical photos and artifacts. But it is modern in every necessary respect. I want to come back soon and also check out your hotel in Kitzbuhel!

The staff in this hotel are exceptional.… From the front desk to the dining room…everyone greets you with a smile and goes out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast had a wonderful selection. The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the historic centre of Vienna. Everything is within walking distance, but if you fancy using the underground or tram, they are both close by.

The staff were delightful from reception, restaurant and cleaning lady; I didn't add breakfast to my booking, but the hotel gave it to us free anyway, and it was FABULOUS; evening restaurant selections were too, and the pastries, made for the hotel with their name in gold, were heavenly.
Not a problem for us, but possibly for others: there are some stairs to the elevator. There may be a solution to this, but it wasn't immediately obvious.

The location was very convenient, it was within walking distance to the station, halal restaurants, attractions. Also the neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. The room was spacious, clean, neat and comfortable. Toilet was clean and had a grand look about it. (not an old looking creepy toilet)

Wonderful
Convenient location yet on a quiet side street. Walkable to downtown places of interest. Very pleasant staff. Having a tub in the bathroom was a bonus given the size of our room.
Rooms are small but windows are tall and allow for a lot of natural light. We were out and about in Vienna most of the time so we were only in the room mostly in the evening and overnight.
