Everything. I'm very picky about the bed in hotels. So much that I travel with my own pillow. But the pillows at this hotel were so comfortable, I didn't touch my own. The staff was super polite, the breakfast great, the room spacious and clean.

It’s about 20 min walking from the main tourist area of Vienna. Not really a big deal though.
