Excellent helpful staff on the front desk - they assisted with taxi's, recommendations and dinner reservations
The room was a good size and comfortable.
Some of the décor in the room felt a little dated.

Best value for money, perfect location, helpful and very kind staff. The room was a bit smaller than I hoped, but it was still perfect and clean. We stayed here with our little children. This was the second time we chose this hotel and we will be back for sure.

We loved the hotel. Great beds, delicious breakfast, cozy atmosphere and very friendly and good housekeeping.
Only little negative thing was we couldn’t get early check in even though we asked it few weeks before.

A great hotel with attention to detail. Impeccably clean. A wide variety of breakfast options.
The heating stopped working on the last day, but it was fixed by the evening.

This hotel was strikingly decorated with a ballet and dance theme. It was bright and spotlessly clean. The staff were so kind and happy and couldn't do enough to help us.
The breakfast was abundant with a large choice. There were yogurts, cereals, fruit, eggs, hot and cold food, cakes, various breads, delicious cheeses and preserves. The delicious cakes and tea was a very nice welcome back for us in the afternoon.
The hotel was positioned in a very leafy and comfortable suburb and the tram was very near-by. Transport was easy to use.
We had a very comfortable stay in this happy hotel and would thoroughly recommend it.
There were a couple of demonstrations in the city in the afternoons that affected our tram-line, but we found other routes back to the hotel via the underground which we found very easy to use.
