We loved the breakfast! Fresh every day and very well presented with everything available from cereals, fruit, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, 6 different breads and pastries. Breakfast room is tastefully designed as is the hotel itself in a subtle Ballerina Theme! Free afternoon tea and cake is served in the lovely library area everyday from 3pm-6pm - such a treat!

Room was clean, no carpets, big bathroom. Quiet and comfortable. The bed was nice.
Tram is just nearby and easy, hotel can provide daily pass, which was amazing.
Breakfast was not bad, but very small selection of food. The dining area has small tables, for reference, a table for 2 is not really enough for 2 people.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the city center.
We had a great time, the staff was super nice, room was very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast had a lot of different options and all were super delicious. We enjoyed our breakfast and morning coffee on the hotel patio which was very nice. The staff also surprised me with a small birthday cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful of them!
All in all would definitely recommend and will come back!

I liked everything: comfortable room, polite and helpful staff, nice breakfast and not far from the old city. Very quiet place around. It’s 3-5 min to tram which can deliver you up to any place in Vienna.

The staff at the reception were very welcoming and kind, which made check-in a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is also great — only about 15 minutes from the city center and well connected to many good spots in the city. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety, which we really enjoyed.
However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. I noticed some mold spots in the bathroom and a few spider webs on the ceiling, which took away from the overall comfort.

From the moment we walked through the door the staff were superb: friendly, helpful and efficient. Taxis, restaurant reservations advice- all done promptly with a smile.
The room was very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were generous with the staff always courteous and helpful
All in all one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.

A somewhat pretentious hotel, daily parking in a parking lot outside the hotel is a bit expensive for my taste, but overall definitely recommended.
