Room was clean, no carpets, big bathroom. Quiet and comfortable. The bed was nice.
Tram is just nearby and easy, hotel can provide daily pass, which was amazing.
Breakfast was not bad, but very small selection of food. The dining area has small tables, for reference, a table for 2 is not really enough for 2 people.

The staff at the reception were very welcoming and kind, which made check-in a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is also great — only about 15 minutes from the city center and well connected to many good spots in the city. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety, which we really enjoyed.
However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. I noticed some mold spots in the bathroom and a few spider webs on the ceiling, which took away from the overall comfort.

The location was amazing and it was very calm we loved it so much, the breakfast was also very good, and the room was very good as well and we enjoyed out stay there a lot.
We loved everything, but we would've loved if there would've been a bidet sprayer it would've been really helpful for us, but other than that everything was good.

The location was very convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The beds, including the sofa bed, worked well for our family.
The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and handled issues professionally.
Breakfast was okay with enough variety.
The key card system was not working at check-in, so we did not receive our cards at first and had to be escorted to the room. There was no air conditioning until the cards were activated, and the room was humid.
Breakfast service was careless with stained cups and a missing item.
The room had enough sleeping space for a family of four but still felt small.
Before checkout, we returned to find our room door visibly open with no one inside, just our belongings. It was stressful, and even though nothing was stolen, it was a clear security lapse. We later found out it was housekeeping who had left the door open during their final room check.

Comfortable room in nice mid sized hotel. Very quiet location, but easily accessible from the city centre by tram or bus. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of food and coffee nearby. Ability to leave luggage was also helpful.

Everything! We stayed for 8 nights and had a suite, so the room was HUGE and pristine. So incredibly clean, great temperature control and we could open windows too when we wanted to, all the amenities I could ever want. The service was great every day and it was cleaned while our stuff was never disturbed. The front desk staff was incredible - we asked them for more help than I ever would in a typical hotel, from needing to borrow scissors, to forgetting our plug adapter, booking tickets to the Albertina Museum, booking an early bird breakfast before departure, providing a jogging map and a map to anywhere we asked about, and most importantly a smile every time we passed in and out (and they were there 24/7, and friendly every single time we passed). Every day tea and cakes in the afternoon was such a treat. Location perfect - quiet outside but everything you need nearby, easy access to downtown or the Vienna woods. The breakfast was really the best buffet ever! For anyone like me who makes a big deal about getting a substantial breakfast, this is important - because this was a truly incredible breakfast. Options ranging from eggs two different ways and sausage every day, and then a changing hot item (different every day, apricot crepes plum french toast, etc), and a hot vegetable item too changing every day (lentils, grilled zucchini, etc... ), smoked salmon, multiple yogurts and muesli toppings fruit nuts and more, dairy free yogurt options, vegan chia puddings, every bread you could ever imagine, spreads like liptauer and pumpkin spread in addition to butter and jam, cold cuts and cheeses and cold vegetables, kombucha, homemade fruit juice, coffee and every coffee option possible. And my favorite part - fresh sprouts which I could cut and put on my eggs! Someone on every diet could find a way to eat a healthy protein and veggies here, in addition to the fun stuff.

Breakfast was fantastic, we asked for gluten free breakfast as 3 of the members have celiac disease and were very pleased with the choice and variety of pre-packaged gluten free products - especially bread, croissants and apfelstrudel were delicious. The location is very nice for walking to the coty centre and sightseeing. The room was spacious and clean, lovely amenities.
