I liked everything: comfortable room, polite and helpful staff, nice breakfast and not far from the old city. Very quiet place around. It’s 3-5 min to tram which can deliver you up to any place in Vienna.

The staff at the reception were very welcoming and kind, which made check-in a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is also great — only about 15 minutes from the city center and well connected to many good spots in the city. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety, which we really enjoyed.
However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. I noticed some mold spots in the bathroom and a few spider webs on the ceiling, which took away from the overall comfort.

From the moment we walked through the door the staff were superb: friendly, helpful and efficient. Taxis, restaurant reservations advice- all done promptly with a smile.
The room was very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were generous with the staff always courteous and helpful
All in all one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.

A somewhat pretentious hotel, daily parking in a parking lot outside the hotel is a bit expensive for my taste, but overall definitely recommended.

The location was amazing and it was very calm we loved it so much, the breakfast was also very good, and the room was very good as well and we enjoyed out stay there a lot.
We loved everything, but we would've loved if there would've been a bidet sprayer it would've been really helpful for us, but other than that everything was good.

I recently stayed with my family at The Harmonie Vienna, BW Premier Collection, and we had a truly wonderful experience. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. Breakfast was a real highlight, with the selection changing each morning so there was always something different to look forward to. The staff were exceptional – warm, friendly, and always happy to help, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect too: close enough to easily explore Vienna, yet in a peaceful area for a good night’s rest. We’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like.
