Opened in February 2013, Best Western Plus Hotel Arcadia occupies an Art Nouveau building just a 10-minute walk from the Messe Wien Exhibition Center and the Praterstern Train and Underground Station. Free WiFi is also available. The air-conditioned rooms feature wooden floors, a flat-screen satellite TV, a mini-bar and a safety box. The room was big. The bed was big and comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent and there was a good package of tea and coffee that you could make yourself in the room. The room is so warm that you need to open the window every now and then even though it's winter.
I wish the lighting was stronger, not recommended if you are going to work. And more sockets at the table. there are only 2 (TV + water heater)

The bed and the bed sheets were extremely comfortable (which is not always the case), the room was very spacious with a nice view on the square in front of the building and trees. The hotel is in a calm street but very close to the Praterstern metro station.
The main problem was the lighting inside the room: the room was full of strong white light bulbs, which doesn't render it very cosy in terms of atmosphere. The breakfast was OK but average in terms of quality.

Nice and clean hotel, safe neighborhood. The room is quiet. Location is very good, close to Prater, airport train, metro, city center etc.

Hotel is in a nice quiet location and is very close to a U-Bahn station, so getting around Vienna was not a problem.
Minor point! Maybe upgrade some of the electric power outlets to include a USB outlet?

The room was clean. The location was really good, it was very close to the place my conference took place. Also, the staff working there were so nice.
I brought my own towels; 1 for body, 1 for hair and 1 for face. The cleaning staff made a mistake and took my body towel as if it is dirty but I made sure it was not on the floor bc there was a sign saying that leave the towels on the floor if you wish them to be changed. I lost my towel but other than that everything was fine :)

Great location for getting to the IAEA. Neighbourhood is quiet, but interesting, and it's an easy walk to the Prater.

Very comfortable hotel. A little away from the more touristy area but consequently very good value. Close to transport providing good access to all the attractions of a wonderful city. Good local restaurants nearby. Room itself was very comfortable however the Wi-Fi was not all that reliable.

Everything was clear and modern, we enjoyed! The staff is helpful.
In Agoda the options are cheaper, our friends stayed with free breakfast for almost the same price. They saved each 18euro per person, overall it is 72€. It is a big bureaucracy in booking to ask the difference.
