1. The room was ultra clean.
2. There are several options for room light.
3. You have a coffee machine and an electric kettle. (Coffee, tea, cream, sugar), also a refrigerator.
4. Ironing, hair dryer, napkins, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, hand wash. Everything is top.
5. My windows was looking at the u-station and there was zero noise, windows was open and i could sleep easily, without any noises.
6. You have huge mall infront of you. ❤️
My flight was early and they let me in early. It was fantastic. If they have options they will help you in everything.
It was my second stay at this hotel and it was even better. 10/10

We have stayed in this part of Vienna and we wanted to stay there again. It has a good metro connection to the center, a nice mall and it's close to Alte Donau which we find really nice. The hotel was a great choice. In addition for the perfect location, everything else was as expected or better. Clean, quite, very well soundproofed, comfortable.

The location was amazing. The metro station was outside the hotel entrance and the shopping mall (food court and market was included) was across the street. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was really nice to us.
The mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, too soft for our preference and we had trouble sleeping.

Excellent and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast with peaceful ambiance, gym was also very clean, well equipped and spacious. Lounge area was nicely designed with comfortable armchairs, tables, and work stations. I loved my stay! Highly recommended!

Good value for money, spacious room, minimal noise, 15 minutes by train to the city center, espresso coffee machine in the room.
1. Nothing to watch on TV in English besides CNN and TRT.
2. There’s only one socket for both the coffee machine and the kettle, and it was very hard to switch between them.

Location is right near u-bahn, which make it easy to travel. Also there is huge mall across the street.
People at reception were friendly and prepared quite room as we asked for. In the hall was free water and apples.
The worst thing was cleaning, every time something was not done or forgotten e.g. forgot to leave new towels, not taken out all garbage etc., until eventually they forgot to clean room at all. When we were back in the evening, nothing was done in the room, we had to go to reception at least to ask for clean towels. I would expect hotel in this situation to suggest any compensation eg. vouchers for food or at least something, but nothing, just sorry for inconvenience.
Also bed and pillows were uncomfortable, we stayed for 5 nights and my back is almost dying. Mattress was hard on one side of the bed and very soft on the other, pillows were just not right for the neck, one way too small to sleep on side and another huge, so we couldn't rest well.
Breakfast is way too expensive, 25 eur per person.

Hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast was nice, the location of the hotel is great - it is half an hour by metro to the city center but green areas and a great beach are close, the mall is close.
There was no balcony for the room and no wardrobe.
