Good location for 22nd district and also easy to get to town on the metro right outside
We booked connecting rooms for the family but one was a accessibility room which didn’t quite work for him husband. I.e. low sink and mirror. Great that they have this type of room but not very suitable for tall able bodied person. But in the end everything else was very good and no other issue

The location was amazing. The metro station was outside the hotel entrance and the shopping mall (food court and market was included) was across the street. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was really nice to us.
The mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, too soft for our preference and we had trouble sleeping.

Mathias was a disgusting person
- wanted to know why he had to open the safe for me and wat valuables I had
- my wife had a leg disability, but he commented as if he is a doctor to say I didn’t need that room
- shouted a us at the entrance of our room that we were bathing n another room
- asked for a spare duvet , never got it
- refuse to wash our cups n the room for 2 days
- Plse employ people with a little education

A perfectly located hotel right next to the metro station. Comfortable rooms. Extremely friendly hotel staff (especially one of the receptionists — helpful and empathetic). I had a room without breakfast, and one morning my wife and I decided to have breakfast at the hotel and invite our daughter, who lives in Vienna, to join us. The very kind receptionist said it was no problem and that we could pay after breakfast — a small gesture, but it really made us happy.

The hotel was very clean, and quiet. It is right next to the U1 Metro line. Very well situated to go into town and see all the sights. There is a Super Market next to it too

Excellent and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast with peaceful ambiance, gym was also very clean, well equipped and spacious. Lounge area was nicely designed with comfortable armchairs, tables, and work stations. I loved my stay! Highly recommended!

I like how many trasnports were nearby and also the comercial center with ALOT of food choices. This was nice in the evening after visiting the city center and being able to eat different things late at night.
The hotel is rather simple but very clean.
There wasn't any beverages in the mini bar and only one tea bag... we did found out another day that there were more in the reception but it was odd. Breakfast price was too expensive consdering there's always food the moment you leave the hotel...

Breakfats ws good and fresh. Location is top, easily accessible from the kagran tram station, so less than 3 minutes walk which is ideal. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and amenities.
No baked beans for the breakfast, but that's just my nitpicking because everything else was great.
