We especially liked the location—it was very convenient and made exploring Vienna easy. The hotel is modern, clean, and has the comfort you expect from Hilton. Staff were professional and helpful.

Very practical furnished rooms with a movable little desk, a cozy corner seat, an extra stool, and a comfortable queen bed. One can relax after sight seeing or continue to work after meetings are done. The hotel is very quiet, has noise canceling windows, so the subway just opposite doesn’t disturb anyone’s sleep. The subway line leads directly to the city center, so it’s very comfortable. Infra structure around is nice, with a huge shopping mall, entertainment, some food chain restaurants, and makes up for the hotel not having its own restaurant. It does provide snacks and drinks.
Abysmal bad service at the phone, I thought I’m taking to badly trained AI. The people never answer the questions completely, give information unrelated to the subject, and are generally racking up phone costs without use. If the accents weren’t so different, I’d be convinced it is AI. But who would put so much effort into creating bad accents, when the main task is not fulfilled? The personal on site is different, friendly and helpful. But there are too few of them. Ever since Hilton took over, the service quality has declined. Whatever company culture they try to foster, they better stopp it.

The location - very close to the U-Bahn (1min walking distance). The amenities. The comfort, cleanliness and the climatization of the room. It was very quiet on the inside of the room despite being very close to the U-Bahn and the bus stops (with closed window of course). When we come back to Vienna, we will be sure to stay at this hotel again :)
One of the nights the climatization didn't work quite well and it became hot in the room but it didn't reoccur. The pillows were too high in comparison of what we are used to.

Good value for money, spacious room, minimal noise, 15 minutes by train to the city center, espresso coffee machine in the room.
1. Nothing to watch on TV in English besides CNN and TRT. 2. There’s only one socket for both the coffee machine and the kettle, and it was very hard to switch between them.
