The location is perfect—right opposite the metro station and next to a large shopping center. The staff were very friendly and polite, the room was spotless with a modern, stylish design, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The only minor downside is that there are no wardrobes in the room, but it was okay for a couple of days stay.

Clean, modern, large tv, the whole hotel smells very good, modern key card system for elevator, friendly staff, good coffee, quality towels, comfortable bed, good air conditioning/temp control.
The tablet for the room was not functioning but if I’d asked them to fix it for find me a replacement I’m sure they would have.

I liked that the hotel is basically new (few years) and everything is in very good condition. The staff was very nice (specially Florin) and very helpful. You can park underneath the hotel for a fee that can be paid at reception and the car will be safe. Rooms are very nice, with modern design and with enough space for two people. Even all public transportation are nearby, Uber from the hotel to the city center costs around 15 euro. Strongly recommend.
The parking fee is a little bit to expensive.

Loved the location near the Westfield mall and Kagran station. The rooms were compact by very practical with plenty of clothing hooks. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as well. We would recommend this hotel to anyone! A wonderful stay.

The hotel is very well located in front of a metro station and a giant shopping mall, which makes it very well located. The rooms are small, but it is good for a business or leisure travel.
The breakfast could improve. There was no upgrade for a Hilton HHonors gold member. The gym would also benefit from some improvement.

This is a good value option, located right next to one of the U lines into Central Vienna, a 20 minute trip. It is quiet, my room had a nice direct view over the Danube (a block away), the Breakfast was of good quality and variety, and there is a large shopping center and cinema a block away. The gym was also useful.
No real complaints. Some instructions for the use of the electronics in the room would have facilitated the initial few minutes.

Hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast was nice, the location of the hotel is great - it is half an hour by metro to the city center but green areas and a great beach are close, the mall is close.
There was no balcony for the room and no wardrobe.
