Exceptional
A hotel located in a special historical area, a few steps from the entrance to the Schonbrunn gardens. Also a few steps away is a metro station that provides easy access to any part of the city.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is truly exceptional.
The staff is friendly and does everything possible to make you feel comfortable.

The location was great, near the park and train station. The room was v big and the AC was great.
My two main complaints were the sound from the above room; I could hear every step and whenever the chair was moved. The internet was splotchy as well.

It was good experience, nice and big rooms, comfort as well.
We parked under the hotel Garage but we paid 40 euros per night and it seems way expensive knowing that we are far from center!
We hoped that the hotel will take part of the parking coast even if the parking is not theirs (but it literally has elevator to the hotel), I think it would change a lot of the over all experience

Kind plumber and great location.
Under the great 300 hundred years old Facade you find rooms that cann´t compete even with 2 star hotels.
Reception didn´t accept us till 15:00. Even after it we found the plumber still fixing bathroom. So we waited another 30 minutes.
There were no shampoo and room heating was at low level. I called Reception and asked to change the room. They showed me another room, the one supposed to be free. And that room had already guests! In Reception they literally does not know, which rooms are occupied! Then I asked for shampoo and double blanket (despite the double bed, blankets and matrasses were separate). No one came. In another 30 minutes kind plumber brought us shampoo from the stock, but were unable to fix the heating. So we just left our stuff in the room and left it, with a hope that in Reception they will do something about our room.
Late evening, when we were back, in Reception we were told, our heating is already fixed, and it was not. Next day same story. When we asked, why they don´t have spare double blankets and wifi signal in hotel, it was a genial answer- Because Trend Parkhotel is fully booked at holidays! I haven´t heard such quatsch even in hostels.
After 2-day battle, management of the hotel finally fixed heating in our room. But they cleaned our room only at the fourth day of our stay and left their towels their. Cleaning personal literally comes early at 9 in the morning and if you don´t answer, they just enter your room (they literally does not know, which rooms are occupied). And they don´t come to clean later.
For all this pleasure we paid more than 300 a day because of holidays and no one apologised. Now we have doubt to the whole Trend Hotels Network, with a feeling, they just survive charging unbelievable fees for the service they cann´t provide and really want do nothing about it.

Staff was very caring, they listened to our concerns. The first night we had a room without heat but they fixed the problem next day they moved us in a different room at 5th floor with an amazing view of Vienna.Will definitely come back here in the future. They even have free cookies, free punsch and great restaurant at the 1st floor.
Our New Years Eve meal was delivered to our room, it was delicious! We thanks everyone for our 1st anniversary celebration of our engagement, now we are married couple.
1st night the room was cold the heat didn’t work.

Pleasant
The location is the only reason to stay here . The luggage clerk and parking garage attendant were super helpful . Also the fun guys at reception !!
The rooms are super outdated . Stick in the 70’s.
Difficult shower to get in and out .
Absolutely no toiletries at all except for hand wash .
Super thin comforter and older linens .
Hallway in our area super worn and old looking .

The toilet is in an unheated location. Can be rather cold when closing the dividing door inside the room. Also, the room might need a little bit of painting

The breakfast was great! There was a big variety of…
I left some valuable items in the hotel’s closet. I called the hotel immediately after and was informed the items were not there. I asked to see a copy of cameras and have not heard anything back. The housekeeper stole my belongings and the hotel took zero accountability. I am deeply disappointed as this trip was a special occasion as I was celebrating my birthday. I spent a lot of money at this establishment that is suppose to be “trusted” and I was blindly robbed…..I am beyond disappointed.

It’s a nice hotel, very convenient to transportation, in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and bars, great breakfast
A minor complaint: the cleaning team came twice into our room when we were still inside. They knocked but didn’t wait before entering. Don’t they check with the reception if the room is free?
