This hotel truly feels like staying in a palace, with massive doors, high ceilings, and very spacious interiors that create a luxurious atmosphere. The location on a hill provides beautiful panoramic city views from the windows, which the whole family loved. The room was a loft-style unit over two levels, which made the stay feel special and spacious. Everything you would expect from a hotel was available in the room, and the price-quality ratio was outstanding, especially considering the scale and atmosphere of the property. The parking area was huge and very convenient.
The internet could have been better. Also, it is important to note that loft-style rooms require climbing stairs to the sleeping area, which might not suit everyone. Breakfast was extremely expensive compared to the room price, so we decided to skip it.

That the room has a classic flavor to it, that it was clean, that the classic was very well blended with the modern and the gentlemen from the reception was a great and genuine person to interact with.
There is not a single aspect that — in this stay, which was my first — that I did not like.

The view, definitely. This is the reason why I have chosen this stay instead of one of within the city center.
Regarding the hotel itself: everything met my expectations. What I didn't like is the fact I couldn't change the dates of my stay without paying additional fees.

The location and the breakfast where very good - staff was nice too
I paid for 4 persons and got 1 large bed and a small bed where my kids could not even fit. Considering the price paid, its too expensive without decent comfort. Also 1 small tv with NO ENGLISH channels

Very good breakfast. Bus stop just outside with buses 46A and 46B going to the Ottakring metro station. The hotel is located outside of the city on a hill and with excellent views of Vienna. Overall, we had an excellent stay here and will definitely try to get this hotel again.
Furniture was a bit old and could get some renovations.

A very cozy and nice hotel, we had a lovely stay. Such Vienna style that adds up to your overall trip. The staff is very nice and professional, they were quick, friendly and polite to help us out whenever we needed. The hotel is in a calm area but with very quick access to the city center - the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Spacious parking is great option, especially during holidays. Rooms are lovely and with great isolation I would say as we had a perfect rest amd sleep after a busy day. Next time we will book the same hotel for sure.

It is historical building with an atmosphere of the end of the XX century. The bus station just next to the hotel gate is very convenient. Breakfast is not including a big variety of dishes but there is everything what you may need.
The mattress on the bed is a bit old and not firm enough (it's sagged in some places). The fold-out sofa is in even worse condition.

As an Anerican military veteran, I loved the history about the Veterans and concentration camp survivors. I was surprised to see American style bacon at breakfast. I loved the free parking!
I did not lije the size of the bathroom. I've never seen a bathroom that small. The furniture is also dated abd there should be microwaves on each room.b
