I liked everything, the customer service was exceptional. The cleanliness, facilities and services were 100%. Nothing we requested was too much for the hotel, they went above and beyond. The breakfast had such a varied selection to pick from. Staff helped with booking shuttle services too and from hotel. The room was more than imagined and the extra seating space was great, so clean and the beds so comfortable. Fantastic location, less than 5 minutes from tram and metro station, less than 15/20 minutes into centre of Vienna and Old town, and 10 minute walk to Belvedere Museum. On arrival we were given so much advice, maps with marked locations for best Christmas markets, where we could leave luggage etc… could not ask for more. I loved so much I will be booking back with hotel again next year, a few times.
I loved everything - no negatives at all - apart from that I have wait so long to return.

The location is perfect. Right next to the city center. Just 4-5 stops with the 71 tram and you are in the bullseye of Vienna. The hotel is very well maintained, parking was fantastic (wide, plentiful, a bit pricey but sure, it’s vienna). Room was huge and perfect. Will definitely come back again.

Location was excellent. Very easy from airport and good connections into the centre. Hotel was fabulous. Very clean. Lovely big room. Staff were extremely helpful with advice about getting about.
