Location, location, location. Third stop from the airport on an express train. Three stops to the Stephansplatz (one line change). Easy walk to Belvedere. Grocery store, fast food (including a coffee and pastry/sandwich chain), and a decent restaurant at the station.
Shower was tepid about half the time, even if the bath faucet was scalding. None of the seating was comfortable, but that’s normal for European hotels at this price point.

I stayed at Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna for a business trip and conference, and overall, everything was excellent. The location is convenient, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options. The staff were professional and helpful, and the facilities met all expectations for a 4-star superior hotel.
The only downside was the Wi-Fi — both in the room and throughout the hotel, the connection was weak and unstable.

The location is great reachable easily from the airport by the train, and few minutes walk from Vienna center. Facilities are pleasant , and stuff recommended us to go to a nice restaurant for dinner
Missing electricity for charging close to the bed, we ask for some fresh milk for coffee since we are checking out early, and the guy at the reception didn’t help us because they give milk powder

The hotel is easy to reach by tram and metro from the train station and attractions. It's a 10 min walk to lower Belvedere. Great coffee 10 mins along street-Coffee and Friends. Cheap neighbourhood restaurants. Spacious room with excellent storage options, desk, couch and good lighting.

Great location – only one direct train from the airport, no changes needed. Close to Belvedere and about 20 minutes’ walk to most main attractions. Spacious, clean and quiet rooms with a small fridge and kettle. Breakfast includes a cook making fresh omelets or fried eggs. Umbrellas are available for guests, and it’s safe to leave luggage after check-out so you can keep exploring the city. Excellent choice for visiting Vienna!
Maybe they invest in other things and not enough funds for towels, but this might be the next thing on their list.

Very large room, comfortable, parking garage, beautiful lobby. Nice café up the road with great pastries.

Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms with a good breakfast, excellent staff and a short walk to the centre of the city. The lobby has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy while waiting

The location is great. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the OBB station and right next to a beautiful botanical garden and the museum that has the famous “the kiss” painting. The staff was kind at check in and check out, as well as a very sweet bellman. The room was cleaned impeccably each day. There was coffee, tea, and a kettle in our rom. We received a welcome package of chocolates and fruit about 20 minutes after we got to our room. I was very impressed with this hotel and would be happy to stay again.
Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
