Breakfast was really good. Staff willing to get us filter coffee on request. Variety of food was great as was quality.
We had to change rooms because the air conditioning could not cool the room at all. The staff said they would fix it while we were out. When we returned, we had to go down and tell them it did not work. Only then did they move us. The new room was a junior suite. The AC worked fine in the sitting room, but we had the same problem in the bedroom part of that new room.

Location was ideal. Very close to metro so very convenient to and from airport.
Air conditioning was not activated yet so a bit warm for sleeping. We were able to open the window but some street noise not ideal for sleeping.

The hotel was well situated for my plans. The breakfast was substantial and had a lot of variety. It was wonderful that the windows opened fully and there was an in-room safe.
The bed was very hard and seemed worn out as it sagged badly in the middle. One of the duvet covers was torn. The carpet was quite worn and needed a good cleaning. The towels were a bit worn and quite thin. Overall, the hotel decor made me feel like I had traveled back in time to 1995.

The first hotel I visit that has a chain bolt on the door! As a woman, it made me feel really safe. Really comfortable room and very luxurious for its price. Overall really value for money. The staff was really nice and helpful!
The location isn't ideal, since it's a 15-20 min walk from center, but this can be fixed by taking the public transport. I had some very slight concerns regarding privacy due to the window being covered only by curtains but they were so thick there was probably no actual issue.

Excellent location, within walking distance of beautiful viewpoints and attractions.
Very clean, cozy, and comfortable.
We often stay at this hotel and always enjoy our visits. The birthday compliment from the hotel was a lovely gesture.

Hotel was near Metro and beautiful palace/park. Walkable to central attractions or team nearby too.
Hotel sent email saying they could help us book attractions etc. First day very helpful young lady booked tickets for us to visit Sissi Museum and even printed them off, saved us having to join long queue at site. Next day young man couldn't really be bothered and told us we could buy when we got to Schonbrun, was a bit disappointing

The radiator was working full heat, making terrible noise, and it was not possible to turn it down. On the other side, the air conditionning was trying to cool down, making even more noise. The gym was ridiculous.

The location is great. Many of Vienna’s sights are within walking distance. There are many places to eat and stores to go to. The staff is friendly, helpful and always ready to serve.
The sofa in the room, only place to sit. Is very firm almost hard.

The rooms were good size as were the bathrooms the location good near the tram station that takes you to city center .
The room card keys kept malfunctioning so we had to get them changed multiple times during the course of the stay .
The reception could definitely be managed better . Both in terms of service , warmth and speed .
Not a deal breaker Cutlery had to be picked from the bar , but I believe that’s the norm in Europe . Charger as well had to picked and signed for from the reception .

The staff was great even when i was tired and stressed related to late arrival and cold temps. Location was close to the old town. You could easily walk, but the nearby tram stop was greatly appreciated on rainy days. Breakfast was wonderful with endless options.

The room was a good size, and had big windows that opened all the way, which let in a nice breeze. The bathroom was also a good size. The location was close to the train station and within walking distance to good sites and restaurants.
The hallways and room seemed a little outdated, although it was still charming. The rooms were a little on the warm side, even when I tried to turn the thermostat lower, but opening the windows helped cool the room down.
