My husband and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and my daughter sent them an email and they gave us a nice room with a bottle of champagne and chocolates. It was very much appreciated and it was at no cost to us. We were very happy

Spacious hotel room, quiet, close to a tram stop - tram 71 takes you right to the Opera and other sights in a few minutes. Right next to the Botanical Garden and Belvedere Palace. Great breakfast buffet. Late check out - at 12 a.m.

I was upgraded to a suite which was amazing. It was spacious! the furniture looks new and clean. The location is very good, one can get around easily either by walking or by taxi/uber. The breakfast is very good and has a variety of food that meets everyone's taste. The staff are professional and friendly.
1) The shower box - there is no caddy to place the loufah and other supplies such as the shampoo and conditioner. I had to put them on the floor of the shower box. 2) the minibar was empty, which I found strange! 3) There's no iron!! Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

The lobby is spacious, rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly and efficient. The location is good, there are small cafes and superstores nearby, and 25-30 minutes work to the old Town sightseeing
