Excellent rooms, large bright and airy. Comfortable beds. Choice of pillows. Very kind helpful staff. Great choice at breakfast.
It would have been nice if there were a few nice cafes locally. However teams into city centre are frequent and cheap.

The shower is very good and we asked for softer pillows and they provided them immediately
The room was not clean neither of the three days we stayed there. We left used coffee cups in the morning and when we returned they were still there. The teapot had water from the day before. The bidet was dirty as well as the bathtub and sheets.

The hotel has a great location,directly next door to Belvedere and by pleasant walk in 15 minutes you are at the heart of the city near Opera.Hotel rooms are spacious,absolutely clean and comfortable.It is rather business hotel than family hotel with atmosphere but we still enjoyed our stay very much.The garage is also great,huge and very cheap (24 hours parking for 18 EUR).The breakfast had a lot of choices but the line for coffee was quite long all morning.
We liked everything,I just recommend second coffee machine to the restaurant
