Hotel was near Metro and beautiful palace/park. Walkable to central attractions or team nearby too.
Hotel sent email saying they could help us book attractions etc. First day very helpful young lady booked tickets for us to visit Sissi Museum and even printed them off, saved us having to join long queue at site. Next day young man couldn't really be bothered and told us we could buy when we got to Schonbrun, was a bit disappointing

Perfect location for first time travellers to Vienna. It is a short +/- 15min walk away from the Wien Hauptbhnhof and is in walking distance of most landmarks and popular attractions.
The hotel itself is well managed, with friendly and efficient staff available to assist - even at the early hours of the morning when we need to check out far earlier then the normal time (Thank you).
The room has ample amount of space, clean bathrooms, perfect air conditioning. I loved the hotels approach to be eco-friendly + was achieved without the cost of missing out on comfort.
Sorry, I cannot comment of how their catering is as we decide to always eat at the Christmas markets and other places.
Note: We were lucky to have our accommodation discounted (promotion). Regardless, the hassle/stress free experience and close proximity, guarantees my future accommodations with this hotel.
The room though lacking a view was not a deal breaker since we were out most of the day. The room walls are a little thin but not enough to be irritating more like a soft muffled noise.
Be careful when walking form the train station, as map/google maps may direct you the hotels secondary entrance not the main one. Just walk to the main road ahead to see the main entrance - if you decided to walk through Belvedere and Botanical gardens.

The radiator was working full heat, making terrible noise, and it was not possible to turn it down. On the other side, the air conditionning was trying to cool down, making even more noise. The gym was ridiculous.

The location is great. Many of Vienna’s sights are within walking distance. There are many places to eat and stores to go to. The staff is friendly, helpful and always ready to serve.
The sofa in the room, only place to sit. Is very firm almost hard.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. Location is great just next to the Belvedere Palace and a few minutes walk to the city centre. The breakfast was lovely with option to request fresh fried eggs or Omelete nicely made for you.
I'll definetely come back!
The do not disturb cards at room doors didn't seem to work very efficiently as some staff members would still knock and come in even when "do not disturb" was left at the door.
Another time I left the card at the door saying "start" so they could come in and clean it but no-one did and they left a note to say they did not get in cause the card said not to... misunderstandings
Other than that the staff were all great and excellent customer service!

The hotel is an imposing building on Rennweg - a busy road, but traffic noise was never an issue. It is situated only 3 minutes from Rennweg station - one of the stops for the train from the airport. Tram 71 stops very close to the hotel, and provides easy access to the city centre and principal sights. The decor is modern and stylish with an airy, spacious foyer. The bedrooms are also spacious, with a very large and comfortable bed, a settee, desk and chair. The two wardrobes (one shelved and one with hanging space) are very capacious, the shelved unit also having a useful safe. The bathroom (nice range of toiletries provided) is fully tiled (very warm!), with a bath and a strong shower (over the bath). The washbasin is set in a large, marble area -loads of space for toiletries - and a huge mirror that remained mist-free. There is also an additional magnifying mirror, fitted with an extendable arm. The toilet and bidet are behind sliding mirrored doors, which affords privacy if required. In addition there was a television and tea/coffee making possibilities. Plenty of power sockets plus USB charging options. Beautiful facilities! I didnt rest in the hotel (neither breakfast nkr evening meal), so can't comment on that aspect.
Although it was quite cool (late February), the bedroom was on the warm side! There is air conditioning, but it appeared not to be operating. To be fair to the hotel, I didn't ask if it was possible to reduce the temperature - I kept the window open slightly.
