Pefect location next to train staation, beutifull park is near and Schonbrunn castle is only 10 minutes walk. Connection via U-bahn and tram is easy to all parts of Wien . Very good breakfast and bads.
Rooms are cleaned every other day and that is something I did not expcted in 4 star hotel in Wien. Some reception desk stuff could be more polite.

Overall room was comfortable .
initially the Fridge was not working , but complaint was addressed and appliance was fixed .
Some of the bathroom lights were not working .
Bathroom sink , the drainage was not proper so it would take a very long time to drain the water which resulted in stagnated water in the sink .

Delicious breakfasts. Beautiful interior of the room. Bonuses like coffee pods and tea.
Disgustingly cold temperature. Windows haven’t been changed to winter mode, you could feel cold wind coming from the window. Setting heating temperature to 30 degrees above zero didn’t help AT ALL!
No one changed our bed sheets, they were a little dirty but it stayed that way for the whole stay.
Shower gel also caused skin irritation and dry skin. Please choose universal products that are ok for most people.

Rooms, stuff, nice sauna. Always go to this hotel when in Vienna (and this is 5 times minimum per yearl
Breakfast must be better! Low options for vegans (no hjmis or similar vegan spreads, no paprika...). Also for example salami milano is gone at 8h... no refill available evan after asking the main chef.
Also sauna is missing some small pool or batch with ice water for cooling. And steam sauna was out of order

We really liked everything. We really enjoyed the beds and how close the hotel was to Schönbrunn Palace. The staff was also really good, especially in arranging a taxi to the airport on our last day.
If I remember correctly, there were a couple of broken things in the bathroom as far as the sink and shower stoppers. We also didn’t really care for the shower set up as it caused the floor to get really wet at times, and it was kind of awkward.

Wonderful
Perfect for a stay in Vienna if you want to stay close to the Schönbrunn. The room was very good and came with all the standard amenities. The staff were polite and professional. The gym was good and was not very busy, which was very enjoyable for working out peacefully. Good value for money.
Would have been nice if the hotel would keep some free bottles of water in the room every day. What is a basic necessity has become a luxury these days and the hotel does not lose anything by providing this. (In fact, this would be really appreciated by the guests.) The water that is sold in the vending machines in the hotel lobby are extremely overpriced.

Good value, comfortable clean rooms with plenty of closet space; comfortable beds.
A small but important detail—in order to enter the hotel, you must first walk through a cloud of constant cigarette smoke because of the positioning of the many ashtrays and airflow. For those with allergies, this is a real problem.

Quality breakfast, comfortable bed, there is an underground parking.
The parking is 28 euro/day. Should consider giving a discount for the hotel guests.
The room and balcony could use a bit of cleaning.
They should also stop playing music in the hotel at night, I was woken up two nights in a row and had to ask the staff to stop the music at 3 AM...
