Location is good
So so breakfast, no food otherwise . No bar . Expensive snacks. Can’t turn off the fan or the heating in the bathroom

Too pricey in my opinion. The room was comfy, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was good (if you come early enough, otherwise you won't have many options). I enjoyed using the coffee maker in the room.
I stumbled upon an empty water bottle in the room. Later, I understood that I could take a new water bottle in the lobby, but it was a pretty confusing experience. No sign, nothing. I mean, you should have some water in the room when you arrived, don't you?

Room was fully equipped. The bed was really comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very close to the Messe Prater metro station.
We forgot to bring out slippers. We asked for it but they told me they don’t provide it anymore. I guess it was related to environmental issues. However we would be so much appreciated if they provided. Event though it was very close to the metro station it wasn’t really close to touristic attractions. We needed to change transportation.

I loved the concept of having a self serviced shop for food and other basics, the room was super comfy, i would definitely stay again here!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The hotel itself was very nice and conveniently located close to a metro station, and nice areas to walk. My room was spacious and very comfortable. It has a small fridge, a coffee machine, and a kettle. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The breakfast was amazing! It has everything one might need for a full breakfast! The staff of the hotel was also very nice and friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth.
The only thing that was a bit annoying was that since the weather was changing, the room was too warm. Outside was warmer, but not so much for the A/C to get activated. Keeping the window open at night helped, but not completely.

The room was clean and well equipped. I really like the staff, they were really supportive. The location is great, very near to U2 stop.
