The hotel in general is nice, room was comfy with a lot of space
- bad cleaning: the bed and shower were fine, but in general the room itself (mirrors, sink, carpet, mugs, etc) were dirty. if you are in the room when they do the cleaning round (always different timing), then they skip the cleaning for the day.
- bad lighting in the shower: very yellow and it's quite hard to do the make up

Location is few minutes walk from the station, which gets you everywhere you need.
The friendly stuff was great, allowing us early check in and late check out, per our need and request, which was extremely helpful.

Clean rooms, nice staff, option to don’t reserve bed and breakfast. A big plus the garage parking and the mini “shop” from the lobby in case you need something after the shops close ( 8 p.m on working days, 3 p.m. on Saturday and fully closed on Sunday)
It’s close to Messe Prater metro station.
Easy access to all the important things to see and good restaurants
Over all, we found our hotel for the upcoming trips to Vienna

The hotel is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind to make your stay comfortable. For example, there were multiple charging sockets and even a bottle provided for filling with tap water—which was outstanding. Housekeeping was done daily. The location is superb—close to the metro station, McDonald’s, and a park. There’s also a small self-checkout store by the reception. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I absolutely recommend it.
A small thing, maybe it’s me. I could stream content to the very big probably 55” tv inside the room.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was very nice and well equipped if you want to bring a few thing to make coffee or a tea, a fridge for drinks.
