When booking the suite, site was claiming the Hotel is offering parking as part of accommodation, but it's not the case, I had to pay extra 25€/day.

Big rooms, extremely comfortable bed, nice breakfast, nice water and favoury water provided freely continuously. The hotel is as well located beside the beautiful Prater park, allowing for lomg morning walks/runs.
Nothing much to say. Just maybe that it is not the most centrally located hotel and that my shower was not in the best shape, spreading water all around.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful, specially hermina that help us a lot. I really recommend the hotel. It is close to metro station

It is clean, modern and the staff is kind.
Breakfast spectrum could be wider. There is hardly enough table for the guests in the morning at breakfast. The garage is not that big and lots are middle sized.

Employees were attentive and courteous. Room was very clean.
Room had no closet, drawers or any place to store clothing and luggage, just a small area on the wall facing the bed to hang a few pieces of clothing. Luggage had to be opened all over the floor. Maybe this is a common hotel concept in Vienna however I found this strange and unacceptable. We didn't buy the hotel's breakfast. It was extremely expensive. We were better off having breakfast elsewhere.
