Very good location, close to U-Bahn, Billa. And the station is quite close to the centre of the city. The environment is good. Bed soft and comfortable Sleep well.
The AC is too strong and make my skin dry.

Location was good, near to the Ubahn and easy access to the city. The area is very quiet even though it is basically on the university campus.
Lack of eating facilities at the hotel. Breakfast only and after that a self service area with sandwiches and drinks. The coffee and milk in the rooms was not filled automatically every day we had to go to reception to get more.

Staff were very friendly, and its located right next to the prater amusement park
The some things weren't as clean as they should be, (glasses and glass water bottle) and the provided liquid soap ended up making my skin very dry

it is close to exhibition center, few minutew walk. Comfortable bed. Clean room.
The receptionist made me feel why was I there...
We could not adjust the temperature of the room. At the lobby - by the reception desk, was a little fountain with fresh water, each time we went there no jars on the shelves. Asked the reception, they simply answered: it's there... well, nothing was there. To be honest, expected a tiny bit better service (and attitude) referring to the name of the hotel.

All I will say is that we ended up exceeding our stay in this hotel. 10 out of 10 feels bad for what it really is. This place is 20 out of 10!
