Nice location, very central location in Vienna for historical tours & attending Seminars in the 13th district....
the parking garage is quite of a horrendous experience, DON'T TRY IT unless you are a REALLY EXPERIENCED driver ... !!!

Wonderful
The Room:
We were super happy with our room! It was really clean, and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning was fantastic, which made our stay so comfortable. The bathroom was also well-equipped. We especially loved that our room had a coffee machine and that it was refilled with coffee and tea every day. It was a wonderful, peaceful spot to come back to after a long day of exploring.
Funny note about the windows. They only have these thick curtains, which are great for blocking out light, but not so much for privacy if you want to see outside. There are also great venetian blinds, but if you close them, all the natural light is gone, and the room becomes a cave. So, it was a bit of a funny little dance between having light and not having pedestrians see in! but it is something that subjectively bothered me but it didn't ruin the whole hotel experience.
Service and Staff:
The team was so polite and helpful. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, cleaning our room and changing our towels every day. We did have to ask a couple of times for slippers, but they were provided quickly.
Location:
The hotel's location is a total win. It's right next to the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace gardens, which are perfect for amazing evening strolls. The area isn't crowded at all and has tons of great places to grab dinner, snacks, or an ice cream on a summer day. With a tram stop and a metro station right nearby, it was super easy to get around and see all of Vienna.
Amenities:
We didn't get a chance to check out the spa, sauna, or breakfast, but we did enjoy the coffee at a hotel garden. It was a very quiet, beautifully decorated space. The service was excellent, and the coffee was delicious. It was a lovely place to relax.

Room, clean hotel, food on breakfast, staff is very kind and helpful, location quite and near the tram and the metro and close to the Shernborn gardens, many cafe and restaurants around, supermarket and fine bakery very close. Parking close to hotel facility payment per hour or daily

The rooms, breakfast area and the staff who assisted us during check in
It could have been nice if the furnitures in the balcony was available. But it was still a good thing that a note was left on the room to inform us that they are not available during our stay.

We really enjoyed the stay.
Facilities were excellent. The room was very clean, shower pressure was really nice, and tap water was really tasty.

Loved the spacious big room and the fantastic shower. The breakfast was great too. As was the comfy bed.
A special thank you to the lovely Anna Maria on Reception. She is a credit to this hotel. Warm, helpful and welcoming.
Plug in sink didn't work and coffee machine was poor. But these are minor things. Bath towels not replenished and we were left with only one between us! Dirty cups also not removed and replaced.

The staff were really outstanding. Such helpful and attentive people that work there.
The room was beautiful and super comfortable. Everyone made us feel welcome. We also really appreciated the early check in. Made our day so much easier! :)
The only thing that we would change are the heavy doors in the room (to bathroom). I think mostly because children would not be able to open them and in case of a fire this would be a problem.

Very Good
Hotel location is great. Very close to Schonbrunn palace and zoo. And you will be connected to everywhere using Hietzing metro station. It was clean, cosy and silent.

Everything! The hotel is amazing, great location with the subway 5 min walk that takes you anyway.
Rooms were very clean, cozy and comfortable.
