Nice location - walking distance to Schnbrunn palace and gardens. Very nice surroundings with lots of places to eat or buy what you need. U-Bahn is very close and for 20 min you get to the center. Comfortable bed, perfect cleaning, nice to have coffee with cream or tea available in the room. Wonderful and very helpful staff. We enjoyed every moment in the hotel.

good location next to underground line and tram and opposite of Schnbrunn Castle good breakfast spacious room with balcony to the quiet courtyard possibilty to get the luggage stored at the neighbouring Parkhotel
No chance to stop with a taxi in front of the hotel, you need to walk with your luggage quite a few meters. Stairs on the way to the reception. If you have heavy luggage you need to carry it down to the reception AC does not work if the temperature outside falls below 19 degrees

The location is good, ca 10 min walking to metro station; there is one DM nearby. Although located directly next to a busy street, in the room it was quiet if window was closed. Friendly staff.
There was one problem with AC: it switched often by itself off in the night so we were often waken up in our own sweats. We told the staff about this but they cannot help as the system set it like that. Secondly, when we switched off all the lights with the switch next to bed, it shut all lights down, including bath room, which means, if during sleeping time you need to go to toilet and wish to have light in bathroom, you need to first switch on all the light in the room while there is aother person in deep sleet next to you. It would be really nice if there is more surface in shower room to put personal stuff during shower.

Excellent location near Schnbrunn Palace with lots of cafes and restaurants around. The hotel has nice and modern design. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
Limited choice over breakfast.

This hotel is a quick walk from the Heitzing metro station and close to the entrance to the Schonbrunn gardens. The room was spacious with a full body mirror and closet. The window opened towards a street with some trees and was nice for getting some air in the room. The room also had air conditioning which was on a timer.
The bathroom only had shampoo/body soap so we had to get our own conditioner. The door to the bathroom also closed automatically so it wasn't possible to prop it open while were getting ready.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly. It was also close to the metro station which made for easy accessibility.
The breakfast wasnt great and quite expensive, Very limited options. Could have done without. The wifi got spotty a couple times.

Beautiful Hotel Maximillian at a beautiful location next to the palace and gardens of Schnbrunn. This was our 3th stay at this hotel and we will come back again.

Expensive parking. And there was no cleaning of my room for the whole week I stayed there. (They did vome to make my bed and change towel, but no cleaning)

Nice new hotel. Everything is convenient. Good sound isolation.
The stuff on reception was rude - women. To bring the baggage you should to use stairs there is no ramp.
